Sarm Cycle, Ostarine 20-30mg / Day

I was planning to run test and primo, but pussied out of the pinning and decided to do a Ostarine cycle.

Starting stats 90.2kg , 181cm, around 15% bodyfat. I was recovering for 4months after a shoulder surgery, so some rebound gains were to be expected. When i started training after the surgery my weight was 83kg, then filled back out in a few weeks to ~87kg, then christmas came and i gained some more mass, and creatine bloat and pushed my weight up to a bloated 90.2. so very watery at that point. Thats for the backstory.

I wanted to recomp and thought i was not ready for gear yet, i have done 3 cycles before. So i decided to go for Ostarine.

So i got 200pcs of 10mg pills.
Plan was to take 20mg a day for the first 50days, then bump it up to 30mg a day, to see if would yield more results.

So 83 days, around 11 weeks.

Starting strength indicators: (weak, i know)

Squats: 100kg for 10
Legpress: 250 for 10
Incline DB press: 30kg for 10
Smith bench press*: 80kg for 10
Barbell row: 80kg for 10
Smith shoulder press: 50kg for 10k

Im not going to list all the exercises i did for writings ease sake. Also the training was bodybuilding styled, staying in the 8-12 red range most of the time, implementing some heavier lifts and dropsets too. Only noting the top sets.

*Doing smith bench press to avoid risk of imbalance after the shoulder injury.

Week 1:
started experiencing faster recovery and better pumps, maybe a bit of aggression, but very mild.

week: 3 was when the gains started coming and solidifying. weight dropped down to 88.5 after cleaning the diet. strength was up.

Squats: 115kg for 10
Legpress: 300 for 10
Incline DB press: 35 for 10
Smith bench press*: 100kg for 7
Barbell row: 100kg for 10
Seated shoulder press: 65 kg for 10reps

around week 5 the aggression feeling stopped, maybe some lethargy, might be due to slight suppression, lifts keep going up at a steady pace. Pumps feel fucking nice, fat seems to be burning, diet is clean, weight is staying the same at 88,5 but i seem to be getting leaner. not getting any water retention, a few symmetrical zits have appeared on my both hamstrings.

Around week 7 when i bumped up the dose to 30mg, i started feeling it way more. Muscles were getting harder and getting stronger

Squats: 130kg for 10
Legpress: 350 for 10
Incline DB press: 37,5 for 8
Smith bench press*: 100kg for 10
Barbell row: 120kg for 10
Seated smith shoulder press: 75kg for 10

around week 10 the gains started were still coming in, strength was up.

Squats: 140kg for 7
Legpress: 400kg for 12
Incline DB press: 40kg for 8
Smith bench press*: 110kg for 7
Barbell row: 120kg for 10
Seated shoulder press: 80kg for 9

weight was around 89kg, way leaner to when i started… Really happy with the results, got stronger, leaner and built some muscle while staying around the same weight.

Why jump straight into SARMs while admittedly weak? Why risk your health for something you could have done naturally?

Do you have any before/after physique pictures?

If you trained bodybuilding “style” then adding pictures is the only thing we need.
You could have NOT written a thing and just posted before and afters and we would see for ourselves. Thats the beauty of bodybuilding training - you dont need to post numbers. Either there is something to see or there is not.

With no pictures, all your bodybuilding, FOR US, as readers/followers is worthless.

the place and lights are completely different…
after pics definetly look much much better, but we have to take into consideration that before pic is pale and bright and the angle is a bit worse…
but yea, i think there is a bit more size in the afters, so id say - if it was only Ostarine, its pretty nice man, well done :muscle:t3:

Yes this was only on ostarine, might have to do a better cycle log, with better and more detailed before and after pictures. These forums are nice to connect with more anabolic minded individuals

We have a great training journal section. You should totally start one and document your training and your drug use! Lots of activity over there.

Yeah after I read it again, but usually these guys mention their previous history (well, sometimes), so I was just confused. You’re probably right
