So de-trained. But I felt the muscle tone returning as the sets progressed. The body remembers. I wonāt be at these weights for long. I need to gain back about 15 lbs besides. I weigh what I did in high school.
@ChickenLittle Iām okay. My son came out when his mother was on her way to the end and now heās going to live with me as he goes for his MBA degree. So thatās nice. Iām able to consider the future again after a little break from working and traveling to see friends and family.
Been married for most of my life and still not sure who I am now, but whoever I am, he still considers weight training an important part of living.
