+1 on training in the morning. At this point in life it is about the only sustainable option for me. With young kids, sports, etc. If work wasn’t in the picture and I could train any time of day I would train at 10:00AM. I can dream…
On the bright side it does set a good tone for the rest of the day. I usually feel more lethargic if I don’t work out in the morning. Hope it works for you!

Thinking of getting a power tower. I’d like to be doing pullups and dips every day. The Chinese ones on Amazon are pretty cheap and seem sturdy enough for bodyweight stuff.
