+1 on training in the morning. At this point in life it is about the only sustainable option for me. With young kids, sports, etc. If work wasn’t in the picture and I could train any time of day I would train at 10:00AM. I can dream… :smiling_face:

On the bright side it does set a good tone for the rest of the day. I usually feel more lethargic if I don’t work out in the morning. Hope it works for you!

Thinking of getting a power tower. I’d like to be doing pullups and dips every day. The Chinese ones on Amazon are pretty cheap and seem sturdy enough for bodyweight stuff.

Pressing was harder this session. I’ve had to wait too long between overhead sessions due to some ER visits for my wife along with keeping her fed and helping with her therapies. Bit of an adjustment for us both. I think the problems have been cleared up and I can be more consistent going forward.

Definitely felt soft in the middle on log. Couldn’t stabilize enough to get more reps on the last AMRAP set, so I did a backoff. Gotta do some abs on off-days.
