I often finish my calves with a set or two of these. See I do do some pumping stuff ![]()
Haha I love how your chick is on a cell while you’re lifting. I think you need to get those squats a little deeper for it to count in a competition, Saps. ![]()
Totally agree. All these vids are not nearly as good as the previous week where I didn’t record. So you don’t see a cleaner and deeper 715 squat and you don’t see my 445 on the 2 board. My 745 the prior week was probably also a bit high. At least I got some up though. Holy smokes these things took forever to upload. Anyway, off to sleep now. I will add more videos in the days and weeks ahead. Probably will resume maxing out again next week. I was totally fried. The break is needed
So forgive the absence of updates. I had a family trip to Boise July 9-13. Then I just moved this past weekend which is a harder workout than I think I ever get in the gym.
Anyway, back to the log I guess. Where to start. So the two main issues I was struggling with since my last update were joint pain and BP. I have been getting increasingly bad pain in my joints; shoulders, elbows, hips you name it it hurts, no matter how much horse cream I use. Remember my last three cycles included Deca so I was spoiled with the increased joint mobility I got from it. I had some decent PR’s a week ago like 405x5 on the 2 board but then after that training session my elbows/lower biceps were almost immobile and numb. I decided again to back off the heavy near max stuff for the past week. My diet has been crap too these last several days with moving and all.
The other big one was the tren had again spiked my BP up. Sunday 7/13 a week ago was my last shot of tren. Monday my BP was 149/91 which is its highest ever. So I’m done with tren. I can honestly say by Friday or yesterday I was beginning to notice the ever so slightest change in my aerobic capacity. Now a week removed from any tren injects I’m feeling noticeably more aerobicly fit. Good thing too with the moving project and all. Sex drive was unstoppable after four or five days since no tren. Thursday AM was my first Test only shot since June 1. Friday was literally a non-stop sexcapade. Between the diminishing effects of tren/tren-dick and the extra aerobic capacity this could get very dangerous for the gf.
I should be back in the gym either monday or tuesday. I might be very sore from moving this weekend tomorrow. Today was furniture day too. So I might wait till tuesday. I will try extra hard to keep the updates flowing now that I’m off the tren to monitor the strength dissipation if any.
Some might recall a few weeks back [maybe not in this thread but in the 20 rep squat thread on Strength Sports] I tried box squatting 425 for what I hoped would be 20. I got to 11 and completely ran out of air. Despite the fact that a month ago I did 8 with 605 [admittedly not on a box but still]. Tren sucks the air out of me. So Thursday I tried again this time I got 17 reps. I can totally attest to it being the extra air and lung power and not stronger legs.
So I got three more 375mg shots before I start with a 50mg twice a week taper the final day of July.
More to come.

What are your stats as of now?
My bodyweight is just about the same as 2-3 weeks ago. 245 give or take a pound. I really think the tren and its combination of de-hydration/enhanced metabolism/decreased appetite has kept my weight from increasing. If anything I almost think I’m leaner than June 1. I’m absolutely the same size or smaller in the waist despite the 18lbs of bodyweight gain. Im guardedly optimistic that I maybe gained 20 lean lbs and lost 2 lbs of fat. All in all I’m rather surprised I gained this much at this stage in my gear career. I think the near-year off made a difference perhaps.

Now I thought I read that Trenbolone can increase your appetite. What’s the truth to this? Is there a point where if you take too much, your appetite will change to the point of where you will want to eat less or will you want to eat less no matter what the dose?

U must have that mistaken w/ EQ… I use tren in my cut cycles primarily to take advantage of its appetite decrease. Many people have issues consuming enough calories when trying to bulk on tren.

No matter then, I suppose. About half of my calories come from liquids anyway. Consuming 6k calories a day should be cake, because I can already do it naturally.
sota’s right BDE I noticed it was harder to eat more on tren. EQ has the reputation as a eat-like-a-horse drug. Tren certainly does not.
excellent log. You also seem to have a hardcore gym which is nice.
Just a ntoe: in one of your squat videos, i kinda can see your face in the mirror (if you’re concerned)… so u might wanna clean that video out…
I did my best to be discreet. At this point I’m not overly concerned about it

I consume 1+ gallons of whole milk a day while bulking and about 150 grams of protein powder is mixed in there. Call me old-school with the 1 gallon of whole milk, but that’s just how I run. Liquid calories makes is a shit-ton easier to get to 6k calories. That liquid totals to about 3k calories, so all I have to do is eat 3k calories in whole food.
Let’s just hope that the other drugs that increase the need for calories will help offset the appetite-suppressing effects of Tren. Regardless, I will hopefully stay lean as hell with a drug like Tren running through my veins.

Just watching your back ![]()
I was drinking maybe half a gallon a day of 2% in addition to everything else until about 10 days into the tren and then I just could not eat as much and my milk drinking probably got cut in half. I totally see why guys will cut with tren. I’m a week since my last tren shot and my appetite seems to be increasing a bit. You absolutely should stay lean. Like I said. I gained 18 scale pounds and use the same belt loop as before. Shoot I can even squeeze into the next one down. Not scientific I know but the point remains the same

Thanks I do appreciate that. I was so concerned about that for so long but in the end I was fairly careful about the angles and what not with the vids. I’m ok with what you can and cannot see.
Milk makes my life so much easier. It’s by far my favorite drink of all time. I can drink that shit until the cows come home… if that makes sense…
Anyhow, how precise was your diet and supplementation with this whole cycle? I forget whether or not you answered this.
Precise I’m not sure that is the right word. My focus was getting enough protein which I determined as 300G a day as enough and then I guess total calories was my second goal. Not sure there was a real number out there in terms of total cals I was shooting for or hitting. Some days I was over 5K other days I was under 4K.
Since diet was third on my list of three it was not spectacular; it was not a bodybuilders diet for sure. My supplementation was rather poor in one specific area that probably came back to bite me in the ass. My flax/fish oil was far too sporadic to be called good. Some days I’d get over 20grams, others days zip, zero, nada.

Haha, if you gained 20 lbs with 300 grams of protein and 4 - 5k cals a day, I can’t wait to see what’ll happen with 600g of protein and 6k cals a day. I keep about a 40/40/20 diet when bulking. Conveniently, since I keep 40% of my calories in protein, all I have to do is divide my total calories by 10 to get how many grams of protein I need per day to equal 40% of my calories.
For supplementation, I keep it to the multi, fish oil, whey isolate, casein, creatine, beta-alanine, BCAA’s, and Superfood.
All of this combined with a high-frequency workout regime, I should hopefully see great results.
Dang, Saps, I don’t know how I missed those lifts being put up. Impressive.
My legs would probably just snap under the weight of those squats.
Very inspiring.
