Its Finally Time. ( W/ Log 14 Weeks )

My first cycle, Somethin I planned to do ages ago, Two years ago in fact. I ended up with a long thoracic nerve impingement right before I was going to cycle, which obviously ended things. I Have spent a long time doing recovery only, And rejuvinating my nerve. Ive been cleared to move again and do weights, which I have been for 2 months.

Now to set the bar straight, I know I dont need to do gear to start back getting gains and size again. It will however speed things up, and help me equal out my imbalances/build my strength back up. And that is all I really want. ( as well ad the aesthetic purposes )

I am running a Test Enth cycle with Dbol to start.

Here are my stats,

6’4
205 Lb
24 yr old.

So my Cycle gos as follows, Test Enth, and Dbol.

I have made a decision to run 14 weeks, instead of the usual 10 I see talked about. Id like to push ita little longer for some extra results if possible. Does anyone have any feedback on this? I don’t think it should be aproblem, however im also no expert.

Test enth W1-14 250 Mg/ *2 week
Dbol W1-4 40 Mg/ D
Arimidex w 1-16 .5mg EOD
Arimidex. W 17 .25 mg EOD
Nolva w 17 40mg/ D
Nolva W 18-19 20mg/ D

MY Diet and Photos will be posted early next week, When I do my first pin.

Im not in the best shape, and realize gear isnt necessarily my pressing option. I would however like to run the cycle so I can get my confidence back up, and bump the ego back up. ( typical guy huh? )

If anyone has any input that would be great, I plan on logging my cycle with before and after photos ( more for myself you guys probably don’t care ) anybody who would like to join me on the road is obviously welcome!

Buying pins tommorow, what size is recommended? I was thinking 20-22g?

Ive been drawing with a 22g and then pinning with a 25g. I wouldnt pin with anything less than a 22g, that shit would hurt haha. 25g is painless. Did you decide not to add in HCG?

this is just based on my limited knowledge, but the longer youre supressed the harder recovering your own testosterone levels will be. which is why they reccomend not going on for a long time if you want to cycle.

@cougar pride I don’t know much about Hcg and it sort of is confusing to me. I have limitted knowledge ( to what ive studied on here so far). I have been told I should be alright getting back online with the nolva and adex throughout will help as well from what ive gathered? Hcg helps keep your testes active during cycle doesn’t it?

@dianabols yes this is true, but I have heard people run much longer too. If a bet has an opinion and thinks id have a hard time getting back online after fourteen weeks id consider shortening things.

First pin is in, went very smoothly, minimal blood no leakage. I will upload photos tonight of my current physique, ( sigh )

My diet is as follows;

4raw eggs 1 cup homo milk

GreeK yogurt/oatmeal mix 1 cup

6-8oz chicken w/ brown rice + veg

Tuna w/ light mayo (1 can)

6-8oz chicken w/ brown rice + veg

Small protien bar, 12g protien before bed. (Penut vector bar)

I have a banana before every workout, aand a protien shake immediately following.

i agree with this 100%.

look around this forum, and the 2 main concerns with problems with cycle recovery are long cycles 16+ weeks and using a progestin based drug (deca, tren, etc).

i typically prefer somewhere in the range of 8-12 weeks.

Ok cycobushmaster. So do you think I should up my dose to 300mg twice a week for 12 weeks vs 250 for 14?

in my opinion, while it might not seem like much of a difference, i would go with 12 weeks, especially since this is your first cycle…

you can always try longer cycles later…

Hello! I’m pretty new to this all myself, however, I have been doing some research on the topic.

Exactly what was posted above. The idea is to not shut yourself down too long and you want to be able to recover quickly. This not only helps you from feeling like shit, but also helps you keep more of your gains (from what I understand.)

If you plan on using ADEX and Nolva for PCT, I would look into estrogen rebound from Arimidex. The reason i say this is because i have heard of Nolva interacting with the efficacy of Arimidex. Essentially making it not as potent or useless to take together.

I have decided on my cycle to stop Arimidex before I start PCT and swap out for Aromasin during PCT. Aromasin is less harsh on cholesterol, has the ability to increase free Testosterone and IGF levels in the body, and is compatible with Nolva.

I have had a little experience with shutdown in the past when I had stupidly done oral only cycles. It is not fun. Crazy high estro to crazy low. I myself would err to the side of caution. You can always cycle again; the sooner you get back to normal the easier and sooner that will be.

I’ve given many IM injections before, very easy and painless with a 25g. If you have any questions ask BEFORE you act. Are you getting labs done? I would get some drawn before you inject just to have a baseline to compare post-PCT labs to.

I am going to take your advice and only do the 12 weeks, at 600mg a week. thanks for the input! I think giving my balls a bit of a break on the first cycle definitely makes sense. Not to mention, As you said, I can always do longer cycles in the future.

@squige I will be dropping my Adex dose in my weeks coming to/starting PCT. I am using it throughtout the entire cycle as to control estro and sides. This is my first cycle and im looking forward to it alot. Coming back from my injury, I feel very defeated with the lack of weight I can push, ( bench is back down to 155/8 ). And I know I need to build better shoulders, especially my rear’s . So I have a focus group for my cycle. That and my back, posterior chain.

As for labs, I didnt get any done because I live in a small town, And everyone knows everyone. I am a personal trainer at one of the gyms in town, and If it leaked out I was doing gear, It could be quite bad for me.

Now keep in mind folks, I know My physique isn’t close to great. I have gone through alot with my nerve inpingement 2 years ago, and my foot problems. I am just looking to get some aesthetics back, as I did look better then this 2 years ago :frowning: Lets see if I get flamed…

I just don’t see the reason to jump to steroids when you’re so far from your genetic potential. You just seem like you need to do a bit of bulking and dial in a better diet. Now, since it’s too late for that, EAT EAT EAT. You need carbs to fuel muscle growth, and make sure your peri-workout nutrition is on point. Might as well make the most of it even if in my opinion a cycle is ill advised. Meh! Who cares, rock it!!

I realize that I am not near my potentialgenetic limit, Like I said in my OP I had an injury that was hell to deal with and took almost two years from my training, And set me back alot. To keep myself motivated, and get my strength back. Genetic limits are not something I’m looking to really reach, I just want to have a nice physique, and reasonable strength.

Eating is definitely something I can do! Getting to venture a little more to the fattier foods, I,e rib ey steaks and baked potatoes, pork chops. MMM I think I might enjoy some of these treats throughout my cycle :wink:
