Saps Cycle Begins

BDE, I’m diggin on this trifecta big time.
I am starting to notice some mild general soreness in my knees, probably should start wrapping them over 700. With Deca I always got a bit of that benefit [joint support and general mobility]. Does not seem the case with the other nor19 sister. But the strength, especially on max effort, is almost surreal.
8%BF jeez, I’m probably almost double that I think. Our weight is about the same too. I was 227 pre cycle about 244-245 as of now. I’m quite a bit shorter than you at 5’9".
I didn’t gain any weight the last three days due eating a TacoTime wrap Sunday. Holy God in heaven if I didn’t get food poisioning from that thing. I must have pooped 6 times Sunday night/Monday morning. I was actually down a pound and a half monday at the gym which I gained back since.

Anyway, that was a random tangent. BDE if you go with these three I promise you will be pleased.

I was just thinking that once I read the 6x a day deloading session. I am happy to say I have never had food poisoning, though I have used that excuse to get out of things like school and whatnot back in the day. :slight_smile: When bulking, I usually dump about 5x a day. Can’t imagine what I will be doing once on gear with the additional food intake!

I’m currently cutting right now for a comp. I haven’t weight myself for about a week and a half, so I am actually less than 230 at the moment, prob 227 or 226 at 6 or 7% BF because I am leaner than I was then. I’m gonna compete in August. 6 - 7% is about as low as I can go and maintain it indefinitely I am guessing. I can easily maintain 8%, so I think 6% will still be tolerable.

I started cutting early so that I wouldn’t end up being not lean enough for comp. My goal is to come in 2 - 3% BF that day. The Clen cycling should do the trick. I will be able to start cutting later next time since I will get a feel as to how long it will take to reach comp BF%.

What side effects did you notice when you slapped on the D-Bol? Did it make a difference in size, strength once you started it even though you are on Test and Tren?

OK boys a little addendum to the original cycle. I know I know violating one of the cardinal rules of never changing your cycle once you start. But my gift [from my TNation secret santa] of probably 4-5ml of Tren ace is here so I’m going to use about 40-50mg ED of that for about 8-10 days. Paired with the 300mg of Tren E already this is going to take me up to about 600mg [esters] of Tren a week but only for a period of less than about 10 days. I suppose I could run 30mg ED and make it last 2 weeks but oh well. I already put 50mg of the Ace in me with my 150mg of the Tren E and 375 of Test E a few hours ago. We’ll see. This should not alter the overall plan much. Interesting to see if extra tren causes extra strength surge.

Interesting side notes: I had probably four or five bloody noses in the month before I started this cycle. 26 days in and I have not had one.

I noticed the pumps within 2-3 days and they became almost crippling as I noted in one of my entries above for my DE Squats. The dbol definitely has me holding some extra water. I notice it in my hands and feet especially. I am more pumped more of the time since adding dbol too. I ME Bench Thursday and ME Squat Friday or Saturday and those are only going to be my second ME training sessions since adding the dbol. I do think the synergy between the three is remarkable. Hard to say how much is any of them individually; at this point I almost don’t care. I would say the tren is the prime factor in the strength surge though but equally true is that without all 3, I’m not lifting what I’m lifting now.

This is good shit, Saps!! How many calories are you consuming a day? And have you experienced any fat loss?

Also, with that much Test EW, shouldn’t that still stave off any sexual side effects???

Unlike everyone else [it seems] I don’t keep a food log. I try to eat a lot of protein and for the most part I do. But if you are looking for dietary advice I can give it but following my diet is not advised. Its rather inconsistent. Oh well.

Having a lot of Test does not mean you are a walking sex machine. Too much Test [like not enough] can also decrease sex-drive related issues.

Anyway,
my little add the tren ace onto the tren e is over. I got 3 days into it and had to quit it. That was too much tren from the sides point of view. Tren dick hit after my second 50mg. Sweating was up exponentially. I will now use this Ace as a taper off so to speak once my tren e is gone. I think. 300mg in less than 3 days was clearly too much. 150mg of my E and three days of 50mg ED. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. Learn from my mistakes please. Good news is it took about 36 hours since my last shot of Ace for the tren dick to begin to subside. The functional equivalent of 100mg ED is too much tren for me. I got Deca Dick from 450mg EW. I was doing fine with 300mg EW of Tren E. I just have to conlude that 300-400mg of nor19 is all I can handle a week.

Testanabol had a thread on this I responded to. BP. My BP yesterday was averaging about 145/85. So the systolic continues to climb while my diastolic actually went down a few points from last week. I don’t like the 145. I can feel the 145. My resting pulse is in the mid 80’s too. Not great at all.

Monday I max squat so this should be interesting. I have not trained since last thursday when I did max bench. I think I am approaching neural fatigue so I thought 3 pure days off was almost needed and a good thing. I think I might do rep work the next 2 weeks on my ME days; not sure yet.

I did get some videos from that ME bench workout. I have not gotten them off the camera yet. Some might have noticed my absence from TNation for about 4 days.

I will try to get videos from Monday’s squat session too. Give me till maybe wednesday to get them posted though as I have never done videos and I’m working 12 hour days till wednesday.

Speaking of monday and those videos. There’s one of me throwing up and easy 425 on the 2 board and then totally bombing with 455. I need to be more realistic to expect 10-20lb gains each week in the board press is nonsensical. Admittedly, I lowered the bar way too high. I probably won’t show the 455 miss; no need to IMO. I did get 22 reps with 315 on that same 2 board right after that 455 miss. No video there as my gf/cameragirl had to hold the board for me. She did get my last set of rack lockouts 565x6 and a set of two of me doing calves. Nothing earth shattering. No blatant facial recognition either I think. I really wish I had video of that 22 with 315 oh well.
Like I said above give me a day or two. I have not even seen these videos yet myself on the computer.

I’m at work now. I have five or six videos on my PC at home I will load later today [after I get some sleep when I get off].
I normally would choose not to post videos of me failing lifts but I have to show the bomb out at 750. I ended up with bruises on my forearms from where they hit my supports. My back ached for days. It was all quite sad really.

I will do my becoming ever more famous sides updates. I am really starting to get short of breathe. Flights of stairs and sex really leave me huffing and puffing for air. I literally cascade sweat during sex these days. Its the best of time and the worst of times. In general I am more hot more often. But then again it is July and its often like 90º outside. My bacne is starting to become more pronounced. Not major and not overly telltale to the untrained eye but there is an increase for sure; considering I had none six weeks ago. Thankfully nothing on the face. My BP is holding in the neighborhood of the mid140’s and upper 80’s. I always said I would have to consider stopping tren if either my systolic hit 160 or my diastolic hit 100. Thankfully that has not happened yet.
Tren Dick is completely under control now that I’ve restabilized my tren at 300mg a week.

I will get those vids up and let them do the talking for me. These last few days I have been doing some sets of 10-12 in the gym as a mini break from the grind. I did get on the incline bench and worked up to some sets of 6 with 125’s.

Today I might try repping out on the squat with something in the 400-500 neighborhood maybe go for 20 or something out of character for me.

Good stuff saps. Believe it or not I have been following your progress whenever I get the chance. I apologize for not posting more. I just haven’t had the time I would like to devote to this site lately.

I can completely sympathize with you on the tren killing your “cardio.” I was trying to do actual cardio. If you want to do something fun, try jogging. Don’t worry, I can promise you it won’t take very long :wink: As soon as I dropped it, and I mean starting the very next day, my cardiovascular endurance shot back up, I would say a good 20%, and now easily 60% better than it was on the tren. I know this is kind of not related to your thread, but now that I have added masteron and some halotest (only for the last 3 weeks), I seem to notice an increase in VO2 max. My ability to run long distances has really increased and I have the lung capacity to basically do it as long as I want (I just get sick of running more than 40 minutes).

I am definitely looking forward to those vids as well. I can guarantee you I will be jealous of your failures. If I could even fail with 750 I would be thrilled. I probably wouldn’t even be able to hold that weight on my back!

While I’m showcasing failures here’s the 455 Bomb out on my 2 board.

Second try at this now. Here’s the imfamous 750 bomb out. I did a difficult 700 right before and I was totally gassed from it. I knew I was not going to get this. So mentally I was in a bad spot. On the descent I pitched forward and that was all she wrote. I had the pins set high to catch me if I did fail which is good but I totally bruised both forearms doing so. The SSB is a very different animal from a regular straight bar. You will see getting the balance right is tough too. This is very embarassing and pathetic. I guess my posting this it will serve as my own motivation. Hopefully this loads this time.
