Saps Cycle Begins

I also found a decent spotter which for me helps my mind to know he’s there. I know some people say its an escape route mentally which robs complete exertion; not me. So anyway, I unrack and legs and spine are shaking like never before I stood there probably six or eight seconds just trying to get my balance before the descent.

I descend, it was freaking heavy, remember 650 was my previous PR. Well it didn’t fly up but it came up. 700 was mine. I was on fire.

Pinto - Belt no wraps

Bushy - Technically I tweaked the pec on a full range ME reverse band press, whereas the other day I worked DE off a two board specifically to reduce ROM. Not to mention the fact that that 2 board work was 5 days of rest and 1 ART session later.
Believe me I’m not going to derail my own train mindlessly pursuing PR’s. For example the left pec is a bit sore today and thursday was to be my ME bench day. If I’m not fully 100% recovered I will substitute. I’m the same guy that waited weeks to start my cycle after my gear arrived because I wanted to have anastrozole on hand for day 1. I’m patient enough when it comes to thinking things over

I bought some bands - they arrived yesterday Saps. Primarily they are going to be used on my clients, for men and women for mostly band exercises - much more effective, intense and better than NORMAL fitness trainer fitness bands.

PLUS i am going to be using them myself for some of my own stuff… cant wait!

Wednesday night 6/18 I pinned the Tren in my Glute and Test in Delt; virtually no problems from that. Admittedly I did train right afterwards but still. This Tren E has to go in the butt. Delts are out of the question and even ventro and quad more bothersome than glutes. I figure I will do one glute then the other for the Tren so its still 7 days between same location pins. That frees the rest of my body for the Test to go wherever.

So thursday 6/19 was ME bench. I selected raw 2 board press as my ME exercise. Trying to still be careful because of the pec strain about 10 days ago. I hit 445 raw for a 20lb PR in that lift. I can conclude 2 things from this PR. 1]I’m healed and recovered 2]The Test,Tren,Dbol synergy is coming into full effect. After the 445x1 I stripped down to 315 and pumped out 20 reps also a PR. Here to I probably could have gone for 22 maybe but I was breathing so damn hard I had to rack.

So as much as I’m noticing the PR surge of tren there is also definitely a reps surge too. Going from memory my previous PR with 315 was like 15 or maybe 16 so to do 20 tonight is saying something especially right after that 445.

Other updates:
Weight; June 1 227, today 244. So I’m starting to fall away from the lb a day gains :wink:
Sleep; sleep has never been ideal. Last night I slept 6 straight hours and woke thirstier than hell. Drank 24 oz of water and fell back asleep another 90 minutes or so. Woke again for another 24 oz of water. So yeah I’m kinda noticing the need for the extra water so many talk about. Thing is I’m consuming a fair amount already but now with the dbol too I guess I do need that rumored “extra” gallon.
BP; Hard to gauge this one.

I use a wrist cuff at my work but if I do it five times in a row I will get five moderately different readings. Having said that last week of May [days before starting cycle] I was around 120/80 give or take. This is about normal for me; I know its not stellar but hey its partially genetic too. Again this is an average of some variant readings. I measured everywhere from 114/77 to 124/84 that day alone. Thursday I took three readings. 134/92, 138/93, 136/91. Much less variation this time with an average of around 136/92. The 92 is concerning but honestly I’ve been here before off gear.

If I cross 100 than it will be time to seriously evaluate this ordeal as then I’m techincally hypertension. Its clearly the test,tren,dbol combo causing this rise which really isnt all that much yet. About 15 systolic and maybe 10 diastolic; of course that is after 19 days so I will monitor the next few weeks. As aforementioned if I hit God forbid something like 150/100 something will need to change.

Balls - They do seem smaller. Nothing dramatic but maybe 15% or something like that.

Sex Drive - A bit more difficult to stay hard. Again like with the balls nothing earth shattering. The other thing is I get very tired and winded during sex. This and the first factor probably feeding off each other. I’m in terrible aerobic shape to begin with but on this tren its clearly worse. I have not yet dipped into the tadalafil but its there if this gets any worse or more pronounced.

Sweating - Increased for sure but then again its pretty much summer. Having said that there is definitely a difference with tren sweat. I cannot really describe it well. Its kinda an overall all over thing.

Thats all I can think of Friday or Saturday will be ME Squat. Eager for that one.

If there is something you guys think I’m leaving out or not commenting on let me know.

Friday 6/20

ME Squat 745! IMO it was maybe high so I will be cautious saying I improved 45lbs in 9 nine days. I will say I’m in love with the synergy between tren and dbol. I had wicked low back pumps during the squats.

I took 4 grams of taurine earlier in the day too. God only knows how bad it would have been without that. I then dropped for my customary rep out set. 605x8. This one almost made me happier than the 745 as I had never hit more than 3-4 at that weight before. Although admittedly I had never used it to near failure either.

I then was 50lbs higher for a PR in the Cybex leg press. No calves or anything else today too pumped. The protocol I’ve been using on my dbol has been 10mg every 4-6 hours or so but 20mg pre-workout. 50mg ED max though

What a good training session seriously. Everyone on my half the gym was watching my 715 and 745 attempts. 715 flew up. 745 didn’t fly but it came up about as good as last weeks 700.

Across the boards I’m going up literally 5% per week on my 1RM’s on this trifecta. Simply amazing. The thought of doing 800 in a raw squat was beyond my imagination even a month ago.

Not to mention my tnation secret santa’s tren ace arrived today. Its enough for a week or ten days I think but man will that be prime time fun.

I know it can be pretty lame to get a thrill vicariously through anothers’ impressive feats of strength, but I can’t help it. Looking forward to hearing about the dead lift you hoist!

I understand your reluctance to show yourself, but if you could somehow find a way to post your PRs on youtube and email a link to those of us that would keep your identity a secret and appreciate such things - that would be the dogs bollocks (american version - “the shit”).

I know I have been thinking of a way to do it. I really have. In the winter I workout in a hoodie and baggie sweats and I would be totally anonymous. However, my gym is super hot these days so its shorts and t-shirt only. I have a distinguishing feature I NEED to keep hidden. I think if I can get the camera angle correct I can post some videos. I certainly will try.

RE: deads. For those that don’t know I have a hernia in a weird spot its the upper half up my abs region; most are in the lower half. I don’t notice it during squats but I do during deads. I have intentionally backed away from deads the last six weeks or so. I will give them a go again soon.

No training today.
Updates on two things I didn’t mention before:
Nipples. No lumps or anything like that but tips themselves are everso slightly more prone to being erect and what not. I feel around there’s nothing at all underneath. I am clearly watching this closely. I have not taken a single drop of anastrozole yet [I can hear KSMan now ;)] as I haven’t needed it per se and I want to max the gains. I have taken some caber and some b6. Not the outrageous 300mg ED they say you need but I take about 100mg ED. I know that’s probably not helping as tren gyno is less likely for me than regular old too much aromatization gyno. Watching carefully but so far nothing.

Some might recall my last cycle was 750mgTest 450Deca and dbol. I used 50mg of Proviron but that was as close to an AI as I got. I think I’m on the edge of the spectrum where I’m either aromatization resistance or whatever you wanna call it.

Water Intake - Starting to drink like a fish and if I don’t major thirst at almost any hour. Its worse at night since I go so long without drinking. I keep a liter next to my bed and its always empty by the morning.

Oh also regarding the sexual sides I took half a dropper of Tadalafil last night and I had maybe 20grams of maca from thursday night to friday night. End result was nothing resembling tren dick at all. The nor19’s are imfamous for their inducing anorgasmia. I’m not sure I was heading down that road or not but the maca works wonders. I gave the gf a huge fill up before going to bed and another one in the morning. nor19 or not for those of you who have never tried maca, IMO its better than clomid for semen volume.

Also I do seem a bit more irritable according to others in recent weeks. I got very aggressive with the gf the other day; not in a good way. So I recognized this and walked away. I took enough anti-depressants and had enough counseling to know I just need to monitor myself extra carefully the next month or so.

I also have the same Hernia - Epigastrtic, believe it is, and i got mine from not warming up my abs before squatting deep - not training them at all actually! God i miss training abs not though - do you do any work for yours (i know you a PL but - accessory work?)

With the aggression, i always make sure to let my wife know where i am at - and to ALLOW me to walk away if i need, none of that- OOHH YEAH…WALK AWAY LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO…!" crap! hehe!
I think that as long as you recognise the ‘symptoms’ and dont wallow in the aggression too much and actively try to dissipate it and calm down, then it can be manageable.
i am sure you have your own means and methods.

This cycle sounds very very enjoyable indeed… that strength so early on, imagine in a few weeks…!

I do standing cable abs thats about it. The squatting itself is probably my number one ab exercise.

I might have gotten my the same way. I was terribly neglect full of abs for too long. Especially in proportion to what I was lifting in terms of dead and squat. Numerous people have told me its a quick fix surgery and I would only need a few weeks off. The good news is I don’t think its much bigger than when I first felt it. I’m almost embarrassed to say I’ve had it over a year [sorry bushy] and have not had it repaired. Like I said, it almost never bothers me. The one or two things that does seems to bother it [max dl’s] I work around. Of course to do a full meet again I will need to deal with it properly

Your experience certainly makes a case for guys taking an extended break from cycling from time to time to re-sensitize themselves.

I’m curious as to how you would rate your strength gains this time around as compared to your first cycle with tren?

The first time I used Tren I was sub-optimally educated and I ran 75mg EOD. I think the EOD killed me more than the relatively low dosage. Truth be told the 300mg of Tren E I’m running right now is probably about the same amount of Tren per week minus ester weight as 75mg EOD of the Ace. Problem with the Ace and EOD is IMO after 48 hours 2/3 of the product is gone.

The other difference was last time [mind you this was over 2 years ago] I ran 500mg EW of Cyp with a dbol kick start. It was a 10 or 12 weeker and I ran the dbol weeks 1-4 and the tren ace like 6-9 or something. I had a single 10ml vial of 100mg/ml so it only lasted 4 weeks. Whereas this time I’m at higher doses of Test and dbol; not to mention stimultaneously being on tren and dbol. So maybe its not an apples to apples comparison.

As far as the near year off, by all means my system is reset. I had been trained well all year too so this cycle and its surge really hit when I was on the upswing so to speak.

I meant to asks, Saps, given the nature of your work…any raised eyebrows at your size gains, from the administrators at work?

Or, because of what you do, does the headshed turn a blind eye to the possibility of steroid use? A ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ mentality, perhaps?

The long and short of it is yes and no. Because I work at night I almost never see any of the real admins per se.
Most of the raised eyebrows I get are from peers and co-workers. Here’s the thing about that. I have 3 co-workers who share my exact hours and location within the facility. We are a team so to speak. Now these guys are 6’1" 245, 6’3" 295 and 6’4" 280 respectively. So the fact that I went from 230 to 245 in 3 weeks is not quite as noticeable with these guys standing next to me.

Now these 3 guys who are part of my team don’t know exactly what I’m doing. But they have seen me fluctuate in weight from 220-240 over the past year depending if I was on or off cycle. Usually they think its if I’m training and eating well or not. Also as I powerlifter 15 lbs on me does not dispurse as it would on a bodybuilder. I’ve got some bloating and water retention for sure. So its not like my arms grew 1.5" in 3 weeks.

I do get some comments. I know some people suspect me but then again there are probably a dozen other guys who are suspected of being on. For better or for worse all the “suspects” keep to themselves. I have never talked to anyone I thought was also geared up and none of those guys talk to me. Rumormill suggests all the cops who are geared up are all talking to each other and what not. In our place its different though.

The thing which I know I need to watch is my temperment. I put no stock in the myth of roid rage. But I have never been so irritable and quick to anger like I have the past few weeks, especially since starting tren. At work I really need to watch it. My team knows me well enough that I can say to them don’t let me get in a situation that might blow my top and we all work around whatever problem arises.

Wow, it’s hard to picture you being the ‘lightweight’ out of your coworkers. I guess that unspoken word is a necessity for plausible deniability.

Yes I’m totally the little guy of my crew. Although my drivers license says I’m 5’10" I probably know I’m 5’9" in all reality. Sure in my work boots I look 5’11" but then all my co-workers get taller too.

The funny thing is all my co-workers are taller than heavier than me but I’m far and away the strongest. It works out well on the job. The two guys who are like 6’3" and nearly 300lbs have the image intimidation right away. Then there’s little old me.

Little old me, my but!! 240 on 5’9" looks a heck of a lot bigger than on 6’. I know a local city jailor, he’s somewhere between 5’8" to 5’10", 259 lbs. Huge. You’re being modest, if you don’t think you carry the intimidation factor! Yikes.

So here’s an update:
6/23 was DE Bench day. I set one PR in my pin press off pin #14 if that means anything to anyone. 405x18. Nothing fancy or noteworthy.

6/24 was DE Squats I did my usual 12 sets of 2. 335 plus 2 chains per side. [Last time I did 295 plus chains] I set the chains up so at the top I had the whole weight and at the bottom sitting on the box I had almost none. Here’s what I wanted to talk about. As most know I was planning to run my dbol at 50mg ED. I have getting super bad pumps off that amount. On non training days I’m pretty much back down to 40mg ED. Also I might have to re-think this 20mg pre training. By my 7th or 8th set of box squats my low back was so on fire and so damn tight I could not stand it. I didn’t even do the leg press I had been doing in recent weeks. I did 2 sets of band good morning and 2 sets of reverse hypers and I could not drive home. I was tighter than I had ever been. Ridiculously tight. If I get that tight next time I try max squats I absolutely won’t be able to do them. It was crippling. At this point I’m toying with the idea of 30mg non training and 40mg training days. I have used 50mg ED before without this degree of pain and tightness. I’m chalking this up to the tren synergy. Here’s the silly thing. Prior to training I even took 4grams of Taurine, 800mg of ibuprofen and 750mg of methocarbamol thinking I might get super bad pumps. As bad as these pumps were I could not imagine have severe they would how felt without my pre-cautionary pills.

I don’t know if I will change the dbol because I certainly don’t get nearly the pumps with 1RM’s as multiple sets but its something I’m very attentive too now.

Wednesday 6/25 will either be off or random BS. 6/26 will be ME Bench. I think I will do my ME Squats on 6/28. Those two will be keen performances for me to judge how my apparent surge of strength continues.

I have been diligently following your log since you started it since you are currently using the 3 anabolic compounds that I am most interested in at the moment, Test, Tren, and D-Bol.

With your superb results thus far, I am extremely excited to start my own cycle after my comp. My lifts are very similar to your pre-cycle lifts (though I think you’re a little bigger than me, I’m 6’2" 230 8% BF), so you make a good example for me to follow even though we have different goals in mind.
