Sleep issues seem relatively consistent for the first week’s use of tren ace. I’m curious how the enanthate ester will effect you over the first several weeks of it’s introduction to your body. Can you fill us in how that works for you?
Absolutely. I work nights as a few of you know. So my sleep is limited and wacky to begin with but I will keep you guys thoroughly updated. I know this is my first time with Tren E and most of the guys reading this also have not tried the E of Tren.

Nasty flu bug or something floating around at my work. I didn’t train today but got extra sleep and rest. I think that was the best choice. Sunday I swapped DE for ME. Somehow my ME days were falling back to back which was not good for me. This reset now has me back on an alternating basis.
So sunday again not max lifts for you guys to judge but I did my heaviest set of box squats for DE ever. 295 on the SS Bar plus 70lbs of chains. I do my chains a bit different in that almost all the chain weight is active at the top and a little more than half or so de-loads at the bottom. I mix around with this to be sure but that’s what I did Sunday. So the weight was probably around 315-320 when I was seated and 355-360 when I was standing. After that I did the leg press. Normally PL’s don’t use or even talk about leg press. But started doing these again a month ago and I think I’m sticking with it. Anyway here is maybe where we can start to see something already. May 28th I did 3 sets of 10. June 4 I did 2 sets of 12 a set of 15. Sunday I did a set of 20. I’ll admit my sets of 10 on May 28th were sets I probably could have taken it to failure at 12 or so. But the 15 on the 4th was one where I know I didnt have 16 in me. So the set of 20 represents to me noticeable progress. Again especially considering I used 20lbs more in my box squats than June 4.
Again my 12 sets of 2 on the box squats don’t really fatigue me as they’re for speed only but the point remains the same.
If I feel well enough Tuesday it will be ME Bench.
Additionally the Tren E is much more sore in my butt than the Test E. Even though I’m only doing 3/4 of a cc I’m putting the Test and Tren in separate shots at separate body parts at least initially so I can observe things like this. Whereas my Test E is painless as they say. My Tren E glute is much more sore comparatively. Also even with the Tren E’s ester as I sit here I’m about 48 hours since my first Tren E pin and I can say I am already noticing the increased thirst [although that could be the weather] and I took a flight of stairs not long ago that had me breathing what seemed to be harder than usual [although that could be this flu bug too]. Could be in my head, but maybe not.
Also, even though I have not changed in weight the past 3 days due to not eating as much when I started getting sick, I definitely noticing a minor bit of bloating [hooray] and puffiness [not in the nips]. My blood pressure feels like its up a tad. I will try and get it measured soon and compare exactly.
Finally the boys don’t seem like they have shrunk much if it all.

So it was ME Bench Day Tuesday but I forgot my boards were not in my trunk where I normally keep all my stuff like my boards, belt, etc.
Last weekend I lost my final bottle of horse cream as I call it. Its the liniment that EFS sells. Since 2006 I have not done a ME training session without liberally applying this stuff onto whatever parts I’m training that session. For bench I rub it on my shoulders, elbows and wrists. But I somehow lost my bottle friday. Anyway, I stupidly, STUPIDLY decided to do extra pre-stretching with some bands. My left shoulder always needs extra attention during warm up anyway. Well in hind sight I pre-stretched too much and weakened the muscle and tendon. [There will be another place and time for this discussion but for the moment lets just say for years I have advocated against much of any pre-stretching. I believe in a thorough warm up just not pre-stretching.] Why I ignored myself yesterday I cannot say. I paid the price; but learned my lesson too.
So without boards I pick Reverse Band Press as my ME exercise for the day. I was feeling fine. 455 flew up. So I get 5 plates on each side [495] planning to do this and then maybe set a pr with 515+. On the way up I felt a tweak in my left pec. My spotter must have saw it too because my bar speed totally stopped and he grabeed the bar and helped me rack it. I was concerned so I massaged it a bit and tried to get the kink out with some band work. I peeled a 45 off each side and was going to do some rep work. Wrong. One rep and I felt the tweak again. So I racked and walked away from that. I did go on to finish with some calves and traps like I normally do and I set PR’s in both calf raises and shrugs. But my focus was and is on this left pec of mine. For about the first half hour I swear I thought I was going to tear the pec right off the bone if I flexed it at all. There is no tendon tear per se; its likely just a sprain/strain but it did hurt like a bitch and caused me concern. I cannot get into to get it worked on till Thursday but I will then.
As stupid as I was with all the pre-stretching I was glad I was smart enough to stop all further pressing and not make the injury worse. At this point [its been about 9 hours] I don’t think its anything that a few extra rest days cannot cure; alongside some ART on Thursday.
Hopefully you all can learn from my lapse in judgment and mistakes.
Damn! That’s frustrating. Here’s to a speedy recovery.

I’ll just agree with what these two fine gentlemen have said. Obviously I know how bad it sucks to get injured right about now. I appreciate the post Saps my man, it’s very noteworthy that you stopped, albeit after one more attempt at a lighter weight. After all, you are a T man if ever there was one.
Seriously though, I hope for your sake that nothing has been torn, I would be very careful with the ART if you’re not 100% positive it’s ok. Hoping you get a few days rest and recuperation, and it’s feeling good and you get some therapy, and get back on the horse my friend.

Hopefully things pan out good for you in the very near future. I just spent 2-3 months trying to bring a strained bicep tendon in the shoulder back to normal.

Injury update. Its much improved without being totaly better. I will work off boards this week to limit the ROM and should be OK. I feel 85-90% better. I went out of town the past couple days and I neglected to post my Thursday night workout.
First things first. Wednesday PM I pinned in the quads. I had not done quads in quite some time. I remember now why they are fourth on my list of favs. As aforementioned, my Test E is completely painless. The Tren E is not so. Its not Prop mind you but I feel it a bit on inject and its noticeable in the muscle for a day or two. I’m going to have to be very aware of where I pin the Tren.
So here’s the freaky great news. So I started June 1 at 227. June 12 I was 240. I’m absolutely swelling up on this stuff. I starting to feel the almost full time pump/feeling of fullness that surely is the water gain/retention. I love it. Best part is I still have not started the dbol. 13lbs in 12 days of Enanthate is ridiculous. I cannot imagine where I will be in two more weeks once I started the 50mg ED of dbol.
So Thursday the 12th is ME Squat workout. I ordered 5 bottles from Elite of the horse cream but they won’t arrive till tuesday the 17th. So I pre-plan to work up to maybe the low 500’s in the squat and just do a whole bunch of sets of low reps. As I’m working my way up the plates I sense the feeling of lightness for the respective weights. I was using my new best friend the Safety Squat bar’ also because of the pec the arm positioning is much better on that bar than the regular bar. Anyway, I get up to 515 [5 plates per side; the SS Bar is 65lbs itself] and I do a courteousy 2 reps. It flew up so fast, I decided to do a true ME. Another 45 per side for 605 and then some quarters for 655 which would have been a PR. It flew up. Then some ten’s 675, it flew up. By this point everyone left in the gym [it was 10pm so we’re talking 6-7 guys was gathered around] I had to try 700. So I peel off the quarters and dimes and throw another 45 on each side along with the little 2.5’s for an even 700. I also found a decent spotter which for me helps my mind to know he’s there. I know some people say its an escape route mentally which robs complete exertion; not me. So anyway, I unrack and legs and spine are shaking like never before I stood there probably six or eight seconds just trying to get my balance before the descent. I descend, it was freaking heavy, remember 650 was my previous PR. Well it didn’t fly up but it came up. 700 was mine. I was on fire.
Now do I totally give the Tren credit already even though I was only five days and 300mg into the Enanthate? I sure do. Sure its the combo but to surge that much in strength is more than what Test alone does. Tren drives my 1RM’s threw the roof super quick. Now here is the flip side. After hitting a 1RM in the squat I usually peel off some weight and drop it back down for a rep out set of 6-8 reps. So I dropped back down to 515 where my previous PR [after a 1RM] was 8 reps. Well I got 10 but here’s the catch I felt like I had the strength for 15 but my heart and lungs were done after 10. Again, I’m going to give credit and blame to Tren here again. The decreased aerobic capacity is noted already. Again though for the surge in strength I will pay the piper.
At the rate I’m gaining weight I know my old Squat Suit from when I’m 220 won’t fit but damn am I curious to see where I’d be in a full suit with knee wraps, calculation suggest 800+ but as we all know calculations and a quarter will buy you a pack of gum. I have to lift it to prove it.
Oh also, I did a 40lb increase for PR on the leg press after the 515x10 as well. So across the board it was a super good training session.
Like I said no training friday or saturday since I was out of town. Sunday is father’s day so I probably won’t train and just enjoy my kids. The extra rest will do me good. I went to a luau friday night and I ate so much I think I gained several pounds just from carbing up; didn’t actually weigh myself as my personal scale is broken so I only use the one at my gym.
Sunday AM will be the usual 375mg of Test and 150mg of Tren. I will start dbol either Sunday or Monday with 10mg every 4 hours.

I put the tren in my delt for the first and last time yesterday. Holy hell it was immobile after that. Part of the problem was I did my shot and then went to sleep and that arm was probably not at a good angle but still. .75ml of Tren E is so much more painful than 1.5ml of Test E. I know its my fault for not being more active in the area but still.
So I did my DE Bench work today. I pressed off the 2 board instead of 2 the chest just to monitor that left pec it was ok. I then set a PR in the pin press. I was very pumped and swollen. Oh I also started my dbol today.
I want to speak on the sides of the Tren Enanthate as of today its eight days since my first shot. So far I’ve had 3 150mg shots. I have always had disturbed sleep so while I can say I’m not sleeping more than 3-4 hours at a time I could have said that was true half the time before Tren as well. What I noticed today was the aerobic capactity reduction. Sets that took me longer than 25-30 seconds to preform were leaving me very out of breathe and I was sweating more in the gym than ever. I get out of breathe more easily and it takes longer to get my wind back. My DE days I think this will be worse see I do do more reps on these days. This is the trade off with Tren. Again as a powerlifter who focuses on 1 rep max effort lifts Tren is unequalled IMO. If the price I must pay is getting extra tried on sets of 12 or whatever than so be it. This was also my experience last time on Tren Ace so in this aspect Tren is Tren. It makes you strong and zaps your whatever you wanna call it, endurance, aerobic capacity, stamina.
First day of dbol and already my hands look like they are retaining more water than yesterday; they look puffy. Gosh do I love this stuff.
Tomorrow is ME Squat since I got out of sequence last week.
