123 kg in miltary press means that sambo wrestler in 93 kg class has to press at least 30 kg more than his body weight.
Why more than 30 kg? It seems thats what russians required out of their athletes in terms of upper-body pressing power.There is nothing magical about 123 kg,but its a lot of weight to military press. I can press only 70 kg.
