The workout was fun, but mostly because I had an automatic spotter! I really, really wanted to be attracted to him…it was my first “date” since I graduated from college! And I, like Kimba, have always fantasized about doing naughty things in the gym…but when it’s not there, it’s not there. Sigh
Yesterday’s training:
10 minutes stairmaster
Deadlift: 1x95x8, 1x115x5, 3x135x5
Dips: BWx5x3
Thrusters: OLY barx8, 55x5, 65x5, 75x3, 80x3, 85x3 (PR)
SLDL: 4x95x6
Sprinter sit ups x18 superset w/
medicine ball weave-throughs (3 times through)
10 minutes on the spin bike
Then some massively bad eating…whoops!
