Safe Supplements for 19-Year-Olds?

Ok yeah some people do find it more difficult to gain weight than others. However there is one thing that is common to all people. That one thing is that if they eat TOO MUCH they gain weight. Now what is TOO MUCH for me, and what is TOO MUCH for you may be different.

I can assure you however that it is within the realm of possibility for you to eat enough food to be well past too much. If you are already eating a lot and still not gaining, then you need to eat a lot more.

Someone already said the only thing that will have steroid like effects for you, is actual steroids.

Please don’t ask us to help you be a retard. I think you can figure out how to accomplish that on your own.

At nineteen you’re still growing and really don’t need to tack on supplements, aside from maybe a protein supplement to make sure youâ¿¿re getting enough. You’d be better off using the money to see a trainer a couple of times a month who can help you develop a good workout/nutrition routine.
