I’m really getting into sprint workouts lately but I’m having trouble scheduling sprint workouts and leg workouts without having a continuous soreness that dampens my leg lifting days. Anyone for a frequency solution?
How often do you work legs? What does your other schedule look like?
One thing that worked for me, low volume leg work in the morning, and then running later in the day. I did that last track season, and I was able to increase or at least maintain all my lifts while still running well and not being too sore.
