Another PR on weight and reps for the incline press. Was able to get a 1RM of 315 on the flat bench last year. Am supposed to be on a deload next week but I think iāll be trying to better my flat bench 1RM on monday before taking it easy the rest of the week. Now the question is what to shoot for??

Pop tarts are awesome pre WO. They kicked in just prior to the squat press. Could have put on more weight but iām forcing myself to stick to the designed progressions.
Iām only 6 weeks into the build and feel great. Strength is though the roof.
Gonna go for a bench 1rm next monday. Previous was 315 for one last year. This past week I hit 310 for 6 on a low incline. Calculator has me at 360 for 1. Iām a bit nervous about that. We will see how it goes on the day. My only other apprehension is that my wife is having surgery on tuesday so if iām injured that would be an issue. I will have two more opportunities for a 1rm attempt during this build so no need to go nuts. Pop tarts will def be deployed that day!!! ![]()
