3 hours later launch big late of rice and any protien u know my launch
all i did the last 2 days is i was so dam hungy i ate every thing else
i ate the thing u bake its carb but not clean food and i did drink nescafe 3 in 1 with simpe suger… and i had some more rice…i just lived nomal… U TOLD ME TO EAT
