In reality Zelensky will leave well before that when Russia is done taking all they need to take from the Ukraine for their own security (in the end probably everything except the poor ethnic Ukrainian north west no one would want).

Our government is corrupted to the bones from Russian energy monopolists like Lukoil and Gazprom. In fact Bulgaria is a huge reason the invasion started. Our ex PM build pipe lines for Gazprom and basically that gave Putin the green light to attack Ukraine, as he was no longer dependant on North Stream. However Biden removing the sanctions for North Stream 2 was the final straw.

Anyway our people are now realising how toxic Russia is and there is a kind of uprising. Our last PM was the first European leader to say fuck off to Gazprom and then expell 70 Russian diplomats. Then he supplied Ukraine with ammunition in a critical moment of the war.
