It’s a white run thing. The minorities exist to do the dying - first Central Asians, then Caucasians (not white, but Muslims from the Caucasus) then Russian white trash, which is in the eyes of the Moscow elites pretty much everybody.
If you’re a Buryat for example, a subject living in one of the Russian republics, it’s virtually impossible for you to find any job in Buryatia. You can’t get to Moscow to find work, because apartments are mostly rented out to “Slavs only” (tol’ko slavianie) and you’ve got Asian features. So the only choice to earn anything is to join the army.

This is an old analysis by an independent Russian newspaper from the first months of the war showing that at the beginning Russia’s plan was for the non-whites (Tuvans, Dagestani…) to do the dying. It failed because there wasn’t enough cannon fodder so they’ve expanded the net to provincial whites. The general idea was to keep urban dwellers in Moscow untouched by the war but again, the casualties count made it impossible.

He must think Migs are great aircraft. They sucked during the Cold War and haven’t really improved. I have heard stories from guys who worked in the aerospace defense industry about taking apart the Migs the defecting pilots flew over in.

It doesn’t include Wagner prisoners nor “separatists” from occupied parts of Ukraine, but confirms the Russian racial hierarchy, in terms of expendability - Central Asians, Muslims, white provincials (read, white trash).
If we extrapolate these documented cases to Pentagon casualty estimates, we’re on track for a disappearance of Buryat and Tuvan (Asians) men between ages of 18 and 30.
Thanks for the info. I asked previously also because I know overt white nationalism isn’t tolerated in Russia, or, at least that’s what I’ve read. So I was thinking it’s covert. Sort of like, “no, we’re not going all out as the NS did, we’re not going with racial laws, but we’re running things.”
Unfortunately, it’s mostly white nationalism. Ok, not exactly. The tiny rich elite despises everyone else, regardless of race and treats them as expendable and subhuman. Many (most? at least it’s a very significant amount) poor whites are super racist towards Muslims and Central Asians (not to mention actual black people) and the latter two groups use the war when they have a numerical advantage in military units to get back at ethnic Russian soldiers by beatings (Central Asians) or rape (Chechens)
Basically, he coopted them into the political framework (the nazi salute guy for example, Dmitry Rogozin becoming Deputy Prime Minister, Head of Russian NASA and so on) and killed the select few who didn’t want to play ball.
But nothing has changed, since the war started instead of grassroots nazi marches every November 4th, you’ve got officially choreographed/sanctioned events in the wider Z landscape, virulent antisemitism and anti-West rantings (call to exterminate all Ukrainians are a given) on massive Telegram channels run by a handful (white) ultranationalist “celebrities”. Putin recently met behind closed doors with these milbloggers to discuss the war and the grievances of the far right (read neo-nazis).

Oh believe me, I know gaslighting when someone is trying to pull it with me and it has been attempted with me on this board several times. I also have absolutely no patience for emotional blackmail at this point in my life and have called the current day The Age of Emotional Blackmail. I actually had a poster follow me around this board for two years attempting to publicly insult and humiliate me ever since I said something he didn’t like. I actually don’t share all I think on several matters because I don’t have any patience for emotional blackmail or gaslighting.
I’m not receiving that treatment here. Actually aside from the odd zinger thrown at me here and there I’ve never been treated badly by anyone other than by the aforesaid poster on this board.
I’m well aware of white nationalism and Fuhrer fandom in Eastern Europe. I used to listen to much black metal and someone looking for new material is bound to come across “National Socialist Black Metal” from Russia and Ukraine (I’m Jewish, so like, not a fan). So people informing me WN exists in Ukraine and Russia isn’t telling me something I don’t know. I thought that Putin doesn’t tolerate it and cracked down on some groups. Loppar simply told me that’s untrue.
I also have been aware of Stepan Bandera when I first read a little about him in the early 2000s. I hardly remember anything though. I remember: 1. He was a Ukrainian nationalist. 2. He was in a German-run concentration camp for some time. 3. He was anti-Pole. 4. He collaborated with Nazis. (And some of this might not be correctly remembered.)
I don’t mind you speaking your mind no matter what you think. Same goes for anyone else. My rule is to communicate peacefully with people, even if you or anyone has irreverent remarks about my own kind. Some might consider that odd, and I don’t care. I just don’t play mind games with other men. I met one of my closest friends on this board and about a dozen others through the years; they can attest to me being reasonable and fair.
If you take a look at some of my posting history you will see I firmly agree with this. Hence I distrust nearly all mainstream media and many American educators. That has lead me to digging into some naughty literature through the years.
