I had a friend who tore her knee up playing Monopoly. Just leaned wrong to roll the dice. Sometimes this sport puts so much strain on the body that it’s the little things that function as the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Day 3 (Day 1 I went to a convention and choked on my prime rib at dinner. Had to find a waiter larger than me to give me the hind lick maneuver. Day 2 I worked)
Slept wrong. Got my bench in and that was it. Left lower glassback was being uncooperative. Oh well.

Went to the chiro as I appear to be ‘s’ shaped. Had some x-rays and an eval done along with some adjustments. I’ll have the results Fri. He says from my description of what I have been going through and by the way I look, it may be bulging or slipping discs. We shall see.

Exactly what I had anticipated. My lower back L4-L5 I think snakes one way, and my upper back/neck snakes the other way to compensate. The upside is that there appears to be no slippage or bulging. Just some subluxation (?) and a touch of arthritis. 2 sessions so far and slowly getting better.
Side note: When its 90 and you are working in a HOT house, drink more water than I did. I ended up in the ER sucking down 4 bags of fluid. Heat Exaustion and dehydration were the diagnosis. Of course, being a moron, I went back and finished the job.
