Jeez that’s a bunch’o big milli’s.
Good bench too.

Nice work!
Thanks, OM. Just to clarify, though, my mils are done as singles with a 1 min rest between ala Steve Justin in “Rock, Iron, and Steel” ‘singles training.’
I thought that looked like a Justa rep scheme. Watch out for “going stale.” That particular scheme is for improving a single lift - that being the ONLY lift you do. If you have other lifts you’re doing he has you drop back anywhere from 10 sets daily to three sets daily depending on the volume.
I was thinking that as well. I may have to read the book again and see how to better fit it in to my 5/3/1, though for now it seems to be working okay. I’m going to evaluate my progress on my overhead in a week or two.
You can get away with it for quite a while actually. I had 4 lifts (squat clean + press/weighted dips and deadlift/pullup - done as a round) and managed to go for two months before frying myself. Felt great up to elevenses day of the last week and crashed suddenly.

That’s a big PR ruglayer! Congratz!

Rock and Roll, 3 wheels is a big milestone!

Congratulations on the PR!

Now what you’ll find visually weird is adding 2.5 or 5lb plates to those three big wheels.

That would be the start of the trip to 4 wheels!!!

I got say your pull downs are serious!

There is some damn good shoulder work going on in here. And three plates on the bech is real good. I’m hoping for three on my sqauts. So much catching up to do.

I’ll let u in on a little secret. I’d like to get back to that as well. As the lead in my favorite show would say “Workin on it”.

Way to go on the PR rug! You really are hammering away at the presses!

Good all around lifting, and big congrats on the 315 bench.

I was just going to do my singles today but…

Standing Mils
135x5
155x1
185x1
205x1 PR (previous was 195x1 standing)
225x1!!!PR!!!
235x wouldn’t fukin budge!!!

I guess doing the singles is helping me out. I’m going to continue on with my Justa scheme for mils for now.

2 pr’s in a week. I’d say that’s banner, at least for me. Time to reset my numbers and begin again.

Oh yea, feelin like a fatass today. Bloated, ya know. Ah well.

NIce job on the MP PR. That’s awesome!

225 is awesome! One of my long term goals. I didn’t notice your height / weight stats in the thread. Do you mind sharing?

Nice lifting RL and congrats on the 225. Putting up some big numbers lately.
What’s next?

Allright! great work on the 225 MP. 235 will go if you don’t wear yourself out working up to it.
