Looks like the sun is out here for a day. WOO HOO!! Then more rain tomorrow. I’m thinking about increasing my carbon footprint. I’m damn tired of being cold! It’s a sad day when we have had more snow in eastern NC then they have in Vancouver. Plus the damn river here is icing up again. I see 6 REALLY unhappy pelicans fishing for breakfast in the pound nets. I don’t think they like the cold and the ice messing up their breakfast.

To quote Tony, Da Charming Albino, 300 is my bitch! It’s 280x3 has me by the balls it seems… I know I am getting near my max, I am actually seeing were technique changes help with the weight going up.
I was under the gun this morning so I didn’t get all the work in I would have liked too. I actually needed to get into work on time. My workers comp insurance guys were coming to give me a ‘bend over exam’. More bankers later this week. The only saving grace is it didn’t rain or snow last night. AAAHHH the sun, and blue sky!

Couldn’t sleep last night, so I rolled out of bed and went to lifting. OHP’s are bothering my shoulder. I dropped them out. Between beginning with the bent rows and the lack of sleep I rally lost my grip strength in the Krocs. After them I just did shit to kill some time.
Another cold yet sunny day. It sure beats cold and rainy or snowy! Maybe spring will come soon. There is one good thing about this cold winter, the oysters are great when the water temps get really cold. I think tonight will be an oyster and beer night after work! I need a good hangover so I can deal with the bankers to visit in the morning.
JW’s morning thought: Woman and God are intoxicants enough without the hard stuff. OF COURSE, Woman and God are usually the reason we resort to the hard stuff.

Great work. Not sleeping well seems to affect a lot of us “old” guys. Given the state of the world, it is no wonder.
