I have a love obsession with 10mm.
My buddy and I were ringing a steel plate a 200 yards with his new Sig 10mm this past weekend. Shooting from a bench of course, I wish I was that good haha.
Had to do a little Kentucky windage to get there, but we were only holding the dot about 1.5’ over the target.
Crazy how much energy that round keeps down range compared to a 9.
It is essentially a magnum round of 40 SW, so it is badass.
I hated my FN 5.7. The ammunition is physically long compared to other hand gun calibers. In order to accomodate they have to make the grip extra deep too. This makes it awkward to shoot unless you have really long fingers which I don’t. I couldn’t get accurate with it to save my life.
I can relate this, even with firearms themselves. Like, I have a full-size 9mm and a compact 9mm. Do I really need another one? Nope. (Do I want everything I see? Naturally.)
I have shot multiple. I have large hands and long fingers. I was not a huge fan, but it would be fun in a rifle configuration. I have been eyeballing a few.
Amen. I just have so much shit now that I forget and “lose” stuff that I already have.
Every week it is like Christmas all over again when I find a gun I forgot about.
