I imagine Weepu will kick the ball around to great advantage.

Nice of you to say but Ireland’s defensive frailties were exposed badly yesterday(ironic seeing as the Irish defence has been so solid in recent months). The Welsh played brilliantly and did themselves and their country proud by playing with passion and confidence. I wish them the very best and genuinely hope they go all the way, they have my support.
I’m a bit surprised that Oz beat SA but they really can be unstoppable. NZ have had the easiest ride to the semi final’s that any team have ever had(in any tournament) but if anybody is to stop them now it’s Oz, the very last people NZ wanted to meet at this stage. I’m very interested how the Kiwi’s will handle the pressure against a fantastic Oz side at this stage of the tournament(the known stumbling block for NZ in RWC’s) without the main man Dan Carter.
Just a pity the French team didn’t actually arrive until yesterday.
The semi’s are going to be great matches folks, I wish all teams the best of luck. Now I’m off to play some rugby! :)
Because we deserve the easiest road. We’re consistently the best team in the world. If the RWC format was best of 3 from the quarter finals on we’d be like 5 time champs.

Yeah…sort of…not to take away anything from the Argies but it took us till the 67th minute to score a bloody try!
If we play like that against Oz they will fuckin’ CRUSH us.
Got to laugh, they have given out the call for Stephen Donald.
Now on a lighter note…
An Englishman, an Irishman and a South African walk into a bar…at the Airport…
I don’t think Aus stands much of a chance against NZ.
Also your jokes are not funny, by 11AM I was at a bar watching people in the green and gold get fall down drunk.
But thank you for at least being objective ![]()

How’s your style of rugby been working out during world cups?
Great so far in this one. How about you?
Yes, how is England’s basic lack of rugby skills working out for them?
Were multiple school boy level handling errors and a shamefully high penalty count all part of the plan?
Was the least creative in the whole tournament, unable to put together an attack, backline part of it too?
No effective counter attack and an inability to make the gain line were in style too I guess.
As for the teams that are good…

Yes I know, that much is obvious.
And I in turn was giving you a bit of stick for equally obvious reasons.
The original comment about drop kicks was also just a silly jibe.
Banter just Isn’t the same on the 'net.
Still, at least neither of us can try and smash the other one in the head with a pint glass. ![]()
France to beat Wales and Australia getting her sorry ass trashed.
All Blacks to win the cup.

That is true! It’s hard to tell online…
Please please please the frogs to beat the Welsh, i couldnt stand it if they won.
Or maybe better yet AUS or NZ to beat Wales in the final? I dunno what’s better…
But I doubt NZ will choke again, i don’t rate Slade at all from what I’ve seen at this world cup. But Carter wasn’t exactly on fire either. Maybe this will give them that pyschological edge that’s been lacking in recent world cups? who knows… It does seem cruel that the key player for NZ and the best player in the world would miss out if NZ do win it.
Nick Evans should be on that plane though! Has there been any talk about him over there?

No one here rates slade either mate…no one did way before the RWC.
Cruden has been good…but he is so small.
Ever since the announcement was made that we were hosting the cup we have been hoping the stupid nzru would relax it’s overseas selection rules so that Evans could be Carters back up…but it’s not to be.
On a funny note, Stephen Donald has gotten the call up…ha ha!
I know the english feel differently about the welsh than we do but I hope they win just because they deserve it more.

Oh yeah without a doubt they do. I was kinda glad we lost to france, because the way we were playing and the way the welsh were playing… we didnt stand a chance.
I have welsh family and I havent been hearing the end of it! I just say it’s about time a 2nd tier nation progressed further than the quarter finals ![]()
I thought Stephen Donald was contracted to Bath? Wouldn’t the same rules apply?
There’s a weekly rugby magazine on sky sports over here called ‘the rugby club’ and they cannot believe Nick Evans hasn’t had the call up. He is on FIRE atm.
I think if you choke again, which wont happen, a lot of questions will be asked on the overseas policy… maybe.
Actually, I think we may see a Wales v NZ final, with NZ taking the cup.

They nabbed Donald duck before his contract had started…hadn’t got on the plane yet. Apparently he got a txt while whitebait fishing.
I got ABs beating the Wallabies 57 - 17.
I hate myself for it but I genuinely want the Welsh to win. They have played the best rugby by a long shot this tournament. It would be awesome to see a player as young and talented as Sam Warburton lift the RWC.

You take that back! Lol. I really want them to lose, badly. Like get destroyed. We are the only home nation who wins at anything! We would literally never hear the end of it. The team who has the best build up going in to the world cup deserves to win it IMO. Like England in 03. NZ need to win.

I’m sorry. I feel kind of dirty admitting it over the internet! My girlfriend is half Welsh so I’ve told her I’m supporting the Aussie’s. Them winning on Sunday will show the rugby nation that the AB’s are an average team without their man Dan Carter (let the flaming commence!)
