I like the look of your workouts: lots of volume on the main lifts. How are you setting up your training right now? I kinda get the Sheiko vibe from the bench pyramid, but don`t really see much squatting.

I did something to my back a couple weeks back, so I just took some time off from squatting and deadlifting. RIght now I’m running the cms/ms sheiko cycle for my bench up to my next meet.
