Pay attention to your diet and recovery. Most people taking steroids are using them as a bandaid for shitty diet, training, recovery, etc.
Don’t be that guy.

Use it as an amplifier of your already stellar diet, recovery, and training compliance.

Food, enough sleep, and maximum 4 times per week training. And ofc dont overdo the AAS, you got only one life.
