Routine/Schedule Question

This is my first time on. Feeling good so far. This may seem like an ignorant question and I know that the answer can differ depending on your own personal genetics, natural recuperation time, etc.

I have a tendency to over-train sometimes but while being on, recuperation time is supposedly accelerated. Is 7 days a week too much or should I stick with my normal routine? Again I know this may sound ignorant but I am looking to maximize potential gains from this.

My normal schedule follows West Side:

Monday Heavy Squats
Tues Dynamic Bench
Thurs Dynamic Squats
Fri Heavy Bench

I’m not going to list out every detail of accessory work, trying to keep this short and to the point.

Just looking for advice from vet’s. Thanks.

just listen to your body. everybody is different. If you can do more, do more, if not, then dont…pretty simple

If you tend to over train with what you listed in your post, i would say use it while on cycle.
Stick with compound movements, 4-5 sets 6-10 reps with about 1-1.5min rests. split it up and try not to train a body part more then twice a week.
if a muscle is still sore from last workout, skip next training session for that muscle group. While on cycle your recovery time is much better but your also lifting heavier weights too, do not push it if your already prone to over training.

Sounds to me that maybe you should fine tune your training, and what i mean by that is over training is completely preventable. With you mentioning that it happens to you every now and then leads me to believe that maybe you can improve at least in the training area.

With all being said use your normal workout on cycle, dont train same body part more then twice a week. you gain in and out of the gym and time out of the gym is very important for recovery even while on cycle. diet exercise and sleep(8hrs/day)all need to be in tune to have a great cycle.

Plenty of factors goes in to a cycle be sure you do your research, have a proper pct post cycle therapy planned, take same amount of time off of aas as time on etc, etc, etc. knowledge is power, search, research, read, eat, and grow big while being healthy and happy.

Listen to your body if something isnt quite right it will tell ya.

Bright.
