I know there must be a good number of you out there who have had a minor injury to your rotator cuff…
So, what did your workouts look like? I know to minus out the presses and all, but as I do it, I feel like I’m missing out on something…like an odd feeling in my gut. Like I’m doing something wrong.
I’m doing the AD but switching to tdawg 2.0 next week. Looking to drop some weight so that’s the focus of my training. Looking for any suggestions, thanks in advance.
I apologize for not searching for the many articles about this on T-Nation that you’ve pointed out. I spent about 20 minutes searching, but I guess I’m just not as search savvy as yourself. T-Nation is full of “Go and search” whores, which is why I rarely post any questions whether I’ve searched or not.
