I was tired of being a lazy slab of goose shit and created an intense 30-day workout program/challenge for myself. I lost motivation to workout prior and just sat on my ass to binge watch Shameless on Netflix.
I’ve been documenting my transformation and have gotten some good feedback. I’ve been motivating others! That in return; motivates me! I post daily videos. Feel free to join me. IF not, just enjoy the experience.

How tall are you? You have a pretty solid base for 186, man. Dropping down to 170-175 would have you looking beast, unless you’re trying to bulk first.
I’ll hang out for the challenge - hope it extends past 30 days.

I’m been smoking myself, but feel great. I still got that drive that I use to have!
I jumped right into my own challenge and got slapped in the mouth. Out of shape and thought I was in fantasy land with this idea. However, just completing the workout made me feel like a boss. It’s been a long time since I’ve workout hard like that.
Kicked my ass, but I love the timed system. The work is all on you within those minutes Either it’s poor or you’re getting a good workout. You get what you put in.
Felt good to push some weight around. However, I’m looking to trim. Reps it is! I’m feeling the grove with the cardio already. The water intakes help with that a lot as well.
This workout was killer! I recommend the barbell walk at the end of leg workouts…, It felt great when I finished it. It was similar to a runners high. Brutal workout! The pistol Squats can suck it!
Nice little Tricep Workout!! Got to get that snake tongue popping!! Oh YEAH!!! finished with a nice little run! Good workout! Results are coming in quick.
Day 15 was halfway photo day! 12lbs!! I’m not sure how much more I’ll lose, but I’m already happy with the results.
I love taring up the leg press, it’s been awhile since I got a good leg day in!!
