Roper Challenge- Intense 30 Day Program

The cool thing about this challenge is modifications are recommended (you’ll hit failure at some point). It’s just going through the motions and finishing the rep total. Most of these exercises are body movements. You just have to force your body to get those reps… or move your legs for one more mile. I started this challenge way out of shape, drinking a lot, and no cardio in about 6 months. Your conditioning will come in quick. Don’t be discouraged at first. after the first week, I was getting into a grove. The water intake helps a lot too.

The bike and runs is just about going the distances. Walk if you have too.

This challenge was develop to find my drive again. I’ve been giving up a lot prior to this, being depressed, and isolating myself. I decided to get my motivation back and hold myself accountable like I use too. To overcome any challenge no matter how hard it may look or be. This challenge has given me my confidence back. I share this challenge in hope for other people to find themselves. Find an untapped motivation to complete any task at hand and of coarse… amazing Results

So, give it a try man. You truly can do this.

Roper Challenge Day 16

This day, I was feeling just like the title says, Meh… I didn’t want to do shit. However, I have to move forward and keep going. So, MEH it is. I’m glad I did this one, I felt really good afterward. It opened up my legs from being tight and sore.

Roper Challenge Day 17

My go-to workout on the bench press when have been out of it for a while. The goal is to bench your bodyweight, if not, its ok. No matter the weight, the reps will get you.

Get your all out Sprint on!! Going balls to the walls with sprinting takes a lot out of you. This was a good one to do in the morning. I had a fun day and felt great.
