I am doing 12X my body weight & having 5 meals daily. 2 carb in the morning after workouts and the other 3 are protein and fat.
I am eating 500 cals under my maintinance.
I LOVE ROOT BEER!!!
So can I have a can (37g fcarbs/fuctose) as one of my carb meals after I slug down some protein for post workout?
I assume since I am under maintanace and olny eating carbs when my insulin sensitivity is high the fat loss will be the same & I can save some sanity over the next 6 week diet?!?! Or will the Rootbeer ruin everything or slow fat loss?!?!?!
