I love HS machines.
I have never had elbow pain due to the gym… at least I don’t remember any right now. I did wrist have wrist pain though, wraps helped with that.

It very well might. Just do it far enough away from your actual bench day because while it hits the triceps more it also still a bench press. Good luck!

Actually I am not at all happy with my DB presses. I feel like I have been stuck at the same weight for too long now and even at that same weight I am shaking by the end and end up working to failure. I should be better at this exercise by now.

I was really shaking which usually only happens when I am tired so really it could have been much better.
