Hi Ronda,
I can’t completely tell, but how far apart are your feet while you are deadlifting? From the angle it looks like you are more than shoulder width. It helped my dl a lot when I brought my feet in so they were a little closer than shoulder width. It might be something to try if you were looking to make a few adjustments!

I think the gym is trying to promote their trainers and as I am not generally an afternoon person I was never ‘pounced’ on by any of them until yesterday. He is fairly new, a few months I think.

I love the vids! I haven’t tried a close grip bench. Looks uncomfy. How is that working for you and where do you feel it hit?

So I went to the trainer tonight and I have to say he wasn’t horrible. In hte end he was just trying to sell his training package which I told him I wasn’t interested in. Well my exact words were that ‘when I see your trainers here look like some of my goals for strength then I might take you up on this offer’.

75 front squat… I think the form was good but holding the weight that way was weird…

It hits your triceps. It can strain your wrists a bit until you figure out just how close you want your grip to be but I find it really helped my regular bench press.

Yeah, I know, Joe told me the same thing. It wasn’t my goal to go for 265 that day it was just that 225 came so easily I thought I would try… maybe in a few I will try again w/ that goal in mind.

The brotards are good entertainment and so is crushing their souls… evil laugh

I’ll let you know when I plan on doing that :wink:
