I am pleased that I was able to hit 155 in the morning. It was more of a struggle to get it up but the guy I had spotting me assures me I did it on my own.
A figure competitor who works out at the same time in the morning that I do had her competition this past weekend and won. She did so good and I am very happy for her. We all stopped and looked at her pictures this morning
It was 90+ degress yesterday and it stayed warm and humid into the night. I live on the 3rd floor and have yet to install my air conditioners… sleeping last night did not go well. I will be getting a fan later today.
It’s weird for me too when I have a spot…I almost want to tell him to just not touch the bar…I swear he’s pulling up on it a bit, but he says he’s not.meh.
I hear you about the heat…our unit decided to take a crap on us recently, so no sleep for me either last night…

In the past I have told them to not touch the bar unless it is coming back down, I don’t like then hovering near my bar, I just don’t want to die in the gym.
It is better today but I just had my air conditioner put in so I should get a better night sleep tonight

We have big, fat, white snowflakes tumbling down right now, here in Montana. I might have to turn the heat back on…sigh.
I am impressed with your lifting; I have had friends with diabetes who did not do right by themselves, to very poor results, and it is great to see someone who is taking care of herself.

Thank you very much, I appreciate hearing that
So when does it get spring/summer like in Montana?
Seated Leg Press 1x10x270, 1x6x360, 4x5x450, 2x5x500
Tricep Extensions 1x8x50, 1x5x60, 3x3x60
Now I had great plans of doing my split squats however they have yet to turn on the air conditioning in the gym…
Ok, I agree, it sounds like a stupid excuse to say that you are too hot and sweaty to exercise but really, I was soaking wet. I really didn’t think I can hold on to the DBs at that point… meh…
I didn’t really have a plan when I went today besides knowing that I wanted to DL. I couldn’t CG Bench because the benches were over run by teenagers and I didn’t want to deal with that.
Rondastarr - in reading the beginning of your log, I could really relate! I am hypoglycemic, so carbs can be tricky for me. Also, I have trouble eating “enough,” which had really slowed my metabolism and stalled my weight loss goals.
Someone may have already mentioned this, but have you tried www.fitday.com? It’s a great way to keep track of what you eat, and it’s free! It has been a lifesaver for me.
Keep up the great work!
