YAY for 155, it seems just like yesterday you were struggling with 135. Your training looks strong.

I think it was just about a month ago actually. This is only my 3rd week using 135 as my working set. I’m pretty happy about it all :slight_smile:

Hahaha. I just figured if I thought I could do 2x155 I should be able to do 1x165… perhaps I didn’t rest enough before I tried it. I’m still pretty happy about it.

There is a strong mans gym I was going to go look at with Joe when I am in AL. They have tires to flip and atlas balls andd all kinds of things, I just really want to flip a tire, I hope they let me try if we check it out :slight_smile:

As much as I like the ease of using the shoulder press machine I don’t think it is something I can use on a regular basis. My shoulders kept popping, not a painful thing at the moment, but if I let it continue I think it would be. I think I will have to go back to indirect shoulder work and just ue this machine every few weeks. I do like it though.

Another thing is that I feel like I can not strech out my muscles enough, esp. in my upper body. Granted I also don’t do alot do streching as part of my work out either, this is really something I need to add in on an off day I think.
