I was almost giddy at doing my working set at 135, I’m such a dork.

T bar rows 1x8x55, 1x8x70, 2x8x80

HS Iso Row 1x8x100, 1x8x115, 2x8x125

Incline DB Press 1x8x40, 2x8x45

NG DB Press 1x8x45, 1x6x45, 1x5x50

I was very pleased with my work out today, I went up on everything in either reps or weight. I was a good day, which is good cause work sucked.

I don’t know what it is with bb curls but I am like you in the regards to not having interest anymore. I switched to 1 arm cable curls.

Benching in the morning compared to the afternoon makes a big difference strength-wise. I could not manage 5x5x135 at all so all things considered I was pleased with 4x4 at 4am.

do you find time to eat or drink something before you train? Just curious! :slight_smile: I figured you’d have to have at least something small for your blood sugar, right?

Unless my blood sugar requires me to eat I generally don’t much care too. I really don’t like going to the gym on a full stomach. It makes certain exercises unformfotable.

As far as drinking I do take my supps and whatever meds I have to take first thing when I wake up so I have a drink with that plus at the gym I bring a liter of flavoered seltzer water.

He just got me started weight lifting and helped me get stronger now he thinks he owns me or whatever grumbles

In reality though he is one of my best freinds and I met him and his wife online a few years ago through reading Harry Potter.

So I’m pretty sure I’ve blown the other inguinal canal. I’m gonna let it ride unil it becomes an issue and presents.
