No not really though I can where slipping back would be easy enough. Of course alot of it I think had to do with being bored and not know what to do w/ myself.
My workouts take between 45mins - 1 hour and 15 mins. I have to keep it to an hour or less though in the mornings as I have to get ready for work and get there on time, though I would really prefer the extra 15 mins to really rest and get my full workout in.

Since my Leg Press machine is broken I am using this opportunity to give other things a try. As prejudice as I am against the squat machine I have to say I was surprised at how my legs feel wrecked from it. I can totally see where it can allow for sloppy form being that you really don’t have to hold it that well to maintain the movement but I have to say I will probably use it again… in addition to what I already do.
So any lifting going on in here?

I do 60 mins of spinning twice a week. I would like to add in an extra 60 mins of up hill walking but I just haven’t had the time or energy lately.
Bleh, I am still kind of sore from my DLs on Saturday. I really put my upper back into those when I pulled back on locking out because I feel it there, it is a good thing though

I did Deadlift this morning, I did, I did!
Well first I had blueberry pancakes with my dad, then I deadlifted.

Goblet Squats 3x8x70
Tricep Pull overs 1x5x50
HS Seated Tricep Dip 1x5x180
these last 2 exercises were kind of cut short because a smelly guy was in the area and I couldn’t seem to avoid him, so I left.
