I met another Type 1 diabetic today. He recognized my insulin pump and pointed it out. It was nice to compare and talk about our experiences with diabetes and being in the gym on a regular basis.

I wish I had a video camera for you tube. 1st guy was 1/4 squating the bar with a manpon on it. 2nd guy was lying on the floor, holding 135 up over his head, and do ab crunches. 3rd guy was do tricep dips on the arms of the rack…

I have not weighed myself in a long time but I have been trying to lose some weight and it was brought to my attention today that I have dropped some. Plus I noticed that Joe’s belt, which I noramlly use on the last hole, is the slightest bit too big for me now. Not sure how I am going to deal with that for now but all in all it is a good thing ![]()

I did 170 the week before last so I had hoped going from 155 to 175 would be a good move, as not to waste my energy… might have been wrong about that ![]()

for the bench I usually ramp up by 5-10lbs past 135lbs. I am not yet benching 170lbs however, so you can go ahead and ignore me ![]()
