Can anybody explain the proper execution of a Romanian deadlift? I tried to imitate the movement from various pictures but I still don’t think i’m doing it right

Hope that helps!

Just as a point of clarification, Coach Davies is wrong about keystone deadlifts and Romanian deads being the same exercise. They’re not.
Romanians have more knee bend and a more flat back. Keystones have very little knee bend and you must hold a very tight arch throughout. It’s a more “pure” hamstring movement, where RDL’s include more low back. It’s a small difference, but can be important when developing a training split.
