Yes that one. The Haditha “massacre” was trumped up bullshit. It was debunked years ago. Didn’t you know that? Or are you going to quote Robert Fisk like ‘silee?’
I would hold your horses, apparently the US army has failed to destroy hundreds of pages that have now turned up.
Would not want any unpleasant surprises now, would we?
What we do know however is that the 15 civilians or so who were supposed “insurgents” were anything but insurgents, that the marines involved lied their asses off and that they are dead anyway, including a 70+ guy in a wheelchair and a 1 year old child.
And of course that they walked which lead even the Iraqi puppet regime to demand that any troops staying after 2011 were tried in Iraqi courts if something like that should happen again.

It was a complete non-story. No civilians were deliberately killed.
Do you mean the one where one of the Marines on trial testified one of the other marines knelt down, aimed and fired into a room of children and an old man? Are you being serious?
Sergeant Sanick Dela Cruz testified that Wuterich shot people at close range and told him, “if anyone asks, the Iraqis were running away from the car and the Iraqi army shot them.”
Saying they forced him into it is baseless. They lied in their report, plain and simple, they killed a bunch of kids and civillians as retribution for insurgents killing one of their comrades in an IED attack.
