He’s lifting kettlebells, chains and doing olympic lifts. That alone will be cool to see.
And I love the last line in the preview
After reading this post I went back and looked at the preview. Damn, I going to have to suspend disbelief and go see the darn flick. Just seeing the workouts will be cool.
The body, too, and not just the face, has always transmitted a plaintive something. Stallone himself has intimated that the carapace of muscle has imprisoned him, both personally and professionally, as much as it has empowered him.
And hes never strived to conceal his lifelong self-loathing. In fact, theres always been something heedlessly self-destructive about the way he engages in bodybuilding itself; his body is riddled with injuries, most of them from working out.
He has no off switch when hes in the gym, says Adam Ernster, who works for Stallones personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, in Los Angeles. Ive been working with him for more than three years, and I have never counted reps with him, because he does every set to failure, regardless of pain.

I can’t say that I’m expecting muchout of the latest Rocky installment but being a HYOOGE fan of Rocky all my life I just have to watch it.
It should be interesting.
Anyone else notice that the actor that plays Rocky’s son is Peter Pitrelli from “Heroes”.
I thought that was kinda funny…
hmmmm i wonder why he didnt get his own son to play the role of rockys son…
yeah, thats his son in the earlier ones, but his son is actually busy directing and working with his production company now, so he couldnt be in it. Atleast this is what IMDB.com says.
And hell yeah im gonna be there opening weekend. I wasnt old enough to go to the last one, and i fell in love with the rocky movies in high school when i started training, so ive been pumped about this for a while.
