Ooooooooooh sweet. Looks like there’s some pretty cool training footage, too.

The lil’ “What’s that from, the 80’s?” was money.

Damn! You beat me to it.

Sign of the apocalypse: Rocky Balboa does kettlebell presses. (45 seconds into the trailer.)

Those pull-ups were looking kinda iffy too, but, whatever. Chain lateral raises seemed like a clever idea though.

I think this one’s definitely a “rent at Blockbuster” flick, and not a “rush out and see on opening night” flick.

Either it’s going to be a really good, solid film…or it wil suck so bad Stallone will have to leave the country.

Although he survived “Stop or my Mom will Shoot” so maybe he’ll survive this.

I was kinda digging those funky pushups with the medicine ball. C’mon, who doesn’t want to throw all good sense and reason to the wind and plunk down the cash to see The Italian Stallion? Deep down in each of us who grew up watching those movies as a kid still probably has a small part that wants to see it. That part of you that sparred with your friends after seeing Rocky III. Hell, I do. lol

YEA BUDDY!!

The Italian stallion…man I can’t wait.

When the movie comes around here I’ll be first in line.

here is the real trailer it just came out…

a few more work out scenes…

I can’t WAIT for this movie. I’ve been meaning to see 1, 2 and 4 again, now I guess I’ve got a reason to.

Stallone actually has a lot of interesting equipment/methods… I have a DVD of him pushing his Instone products, and also giving some core tips (freebie at GNC)… lots of cool footage of him working out with chains, bands, etc. Not even part of the “information” on the DVD… just rah-rah-rah footage of him doing the stuff.

Man, makes me sad to know that he’s in better shape at 60 than most people (myself included) are at 30… or will ever be.

It actually looks damn good, but I was hoping for a more charismatic badguy, but its hard to tell from the preview.

He’s better than Tommy Gun, and may have more than one dimension to him.

Those side-to-side push-ups with the medicine ball are good stuff. I used to do them as part of my workout when I lifted with the S&C coaches at the university I did my undergrad in for Athletic Training. We’d normally have it as part of a superset or giant set and it would be killer plyo work for your upperbody.

Definately impressive that somebody at Stallone’s age is doing the kind of workouts he does.

I really want to see rocky win to be honest… I mean, I know stallone wants rocky to die in the ring, but I can’t take that! He needs to win!

What,no RockyIII? Clubber was badass! This may seem corny but it got this youg’n at the time psyched to start working out at home.

“Balboa is so predictable and stupid, he is tailor made for me and he’s gonna get hurt.”

We shall not speak of the fifth installment. Let us pass over that in silence.

No, he must die. Perhaps like Rocky II, except this time Rocky slips down the ropes, is counted out, never to rise again. Then he can join Apollo, Mickey and Adrian in movie pugilist heaven.

say what u will i almost nutted on myself watching those previews…

lets go rocky!!!

Oh my god…I cannot wait.
I don’t care if Stallone is old…he’s the shit.

Reporter: Clubber what’s your prediction for the fight?

Clubber: Prediction?

Reporter: Yes, prediction.

pause…

Clubber: Pain.
