I eat 2 to 4 pounds of meat and 2 to 3 pounds of veggies on 4 days of the week. I think not eating for the other 3 days is good for digestive health. Just my theory…gotta let that stomach actually have a chance to move stuff out instead of piling it on 7 days a week 4 o6 times a day.

Not really cutting weight. I’m experiementing really to see what happens. In 8 weeks off “eat 4 fast 3”
To me…its says “nutrient surplus” for days I train and for days I don’t it “should” lead to an extreme caloric deficit…which means leaner me.
Its not hard to get through as long as you have the right people around ya…folks who will lock your fridge and take your money all weekend lol

Do you think it’s possible to build muscle on this diet too? It’s definitely an interesting idea; I look froward to seeing how it works for you.
Lol my fridge doesn’t have a lock, so that may not work for me. Do you fast all weekend, then? I can imagine more than one day of fasting would be hell.

Just MY theory again about this…
If I eat a surplus 4x a week then eat nothing 3x a week then the fats carbs and protein should still be in my system on the off eating days…so all those nutrients should find their way to the muscles. So I DO feel like this will lead to a muscle building enviornment…a healthier one in my opinion as again the digestive system isn’t bogged down 6x a day 7 days a week.
