Kai’s great because of all his insight. Hes such a thinker and I love hearing his thoughts/views about everything. I get the vibe that he may not come into the Arnold looking his absolute best (condition wise), but I wish him all the best. Hes got so many great things coming his way.

Over the course of these video blogs following him he’s quickly become one of my favorite people in general, let alone BBer. That entire blog can be taken in by anyone regardless of their outlook on the gym game, such a good listen.
