Been training hit 425 axle deadlift for 10 on friday

yesterday worked up to 200x1 power snatch 455x5 back squat and ab roll outs 3x6 with 100lbs on my back (those hurt!)

Got the san jose fit expo on Saturday!! pumped! competing in the 231s against 3 other real good LW’s my bodyweight is at 190
) EVENTS: Farmers Walk for distance (~265lb LW/~300lb HW); Axle Clean and Press for reps (~265lb LW/300lb HW);
Deadlift
for reps (`17?; ~550lb LW/~700lb HW; no suit); Super Yoke (~700lb LW/~800lb HW); Atlas Stones to shoulder for reps (
~265lb
LW/~310lb HW)

the yoke is 20m down stop turn around and come back… Pretty heavy show but i am fired up for it!!

upper body, back at blogging
Been busy and not really feeling like logging my training but of course still killing it.

Lately i get home after working all day drink my pre workout and have a real hard time getting going. I just want to nap but if i push through that after my warm ups I get fired up and still have good training sessions. Same way Monday when i front squatted 405x2 and was more of the same yesterday. No one is going to give you anything in this world but you can take from it whatever you want.
