Head shaving and goatee or beard are on their way LOL! I am still going to do a couple of soccer practises per week, but playing professionally my guess is that it ain’t gonna happen if I weight a bit over 105kg…

Deload Lower 27/11/11
Squat
40kgx5
60kgx5
80kgx5
120kgx5

Sumo deadlift
120kgx1
140kgx1
160kgx1
180kgx1x3

I really needed this deload because my quads are like having dirt in them from all the aerobic I have began doing. Hopefully in 2-3 weeks they sort themselves out. If not, I guess I’ll just have to take the risk and train with quads like crap.

I hate fitness. I spent the last 3 days at a seminar doing diffenerent kinds of aerobics, all kinds of bosu ball crap, with the best being barbell rows with your back parallel to the floor, while standing on one foot on the bosu ball. At most of the classes I just stood at the corner shaking my head and thinking WTF? I am sorry I didn’t get any video, it would be fun for you guys to see them. I will try to find some of the other who took.

I am back at the long jump. I found a highly respectable coach who is going to train me. The qualifying number for the junior european track and field championship in the long jump is 7.75 meters and for the 100m sprint is 10.50. I have no idea where my sprint time is, but I jumped around 7 meters 2 days ago.

So, that 7.75 should be reachable in 2012. So, I am going to follow a more power-oriented program, which my coach said would lay out for me. Let’s see what he will give me. Also, he said I have to drop 10kg. Not likely, I told him, but whatever. So, wish me luck so I can go to that european championship!
