Just a log for fun, never done any of these movements before with any meaningful weight, only have really done barbell training,
Todays Training:
Chest and Back:
DB Incline Press: 17,5 kg X10
Low Incline DB Press: 20 kg X10
Banded DB Fly Press: 10 kg X10 saw this from liftrunbang on ig and It felt really good on my shoulders, compared to other fly movements
Seated Cable Lat Row: 20 kg X10, First time doing this with lat focus, felt the lats cramp up pretty good
Chest Supported Lat Pulldown: 20 kg X12
Upper Back Pulldown: 39 kg X10 3
Overall good session, feels like I can progress very well the way the movements felt. Will be interesting to see once I start pushing some heavier weights.
