Nothin like takin your 1RM for a double… I hit this as a PR like 2.5 months ago. Feels good for sure
end of this peak block… hit it off with a 250KG double on deadlift. Still a little shaky up top. Still trying to nail down tech on sumo. Only been pulling sumo for 12 weeks now.
Must be the tren. Looking sexy.
Tested squats and Deads today…
Not too happy with how squats went. Thinking deload was too long. Had two weeks between my last heavy double and test today.

Was too lazy to post up I’ll put it up later. Basically just wasn’t strong enough out of the hole and got stuck a few inches comin out of the hole.
Back to doing pause squats I guess.
Pause squats half way down be more targeted. Cuing to get your hips back thru/under you might also work. FWIW I’ve found cuing very useful.
No amount of technique is gonna beat just getting bigger and stronger long term tho. I share the relative strong legs v posterior chain squat pattern u have so I’m trying to get stronger overall and target the posterior chain

I keep saying this but home gyms are 100% worth the money. No doubt gym experience lifting with bros is fun but in times like these that im thankful for all the equipment i have.

Yea everything does start to add up but i still think its worth it. Ive tabulated my cost on stuff so far and ive spent over 6 grand so far. Wouldnt trade it for anything though
The gripper training is coming along as well. I did a no set or table set on the #2 warming up yesterday and it was wayyyyy too easy.
I can close the #2.5 at will with the right hand now. Im almost to the point of saying it is a mastered gripper and the #3 will officially be the goal gripper.

Ye those seem pretty nifty. Can u elevate it or something or turn it into a full range of motion GHR/back raise?
Im sure there could be a way to rig it to be a full rom GHR. Right now it just sits on the floor and its pretty small compared to the full size GHR’s.
I got a steal on it too, so that was another factor for picking it up.
