Feeling fantastic this morning, don’t know why but tested my squat. I think it makes sense at this point, I’m 3 months out so I can ever so slightly increase my baseline to get some more volume between now and May.

i guess I’ll take it as a compliment. I’d say my squat is the most efficient in terms of leverage compared to bench and deadlift though.

Was just gettin over the cold i got last week, now i think its turned into bronchitis. Got a bunch of nasty shit coming up when i cough. Hasnt really affected my mood or well being but im tracking some strong disability prior to workouts until this clears up.

Tried the slanga for the first time yesterdi is pretty fun. Adds a bunch onto the bench worked to double at 3 biscuits with a few in the tank. Remains to be seen if there’s decent carryover but is fun for sure
