265 in freedom units = 120kg. I don’t think I’ll be using the max out feature much. Gotta get busy building strength
I was more just curious as to what it would feed me as an off program max. To my surprise I still had 120KG in the bag. Makes me feel like I can pull out 125-130 in May at 82.5

I’m switching my assistance focus to squats moving forward. My bench is poverty and I’ve come to terms with the terrible rate of gains increase on it. If I’m gonna hit a 1300 LB total it’s gonna be with squats and deadlifts.

I’d say deadlift is my best lift when you look at classification standards. My squat has always felt the easiest of the big three though.

Long pause is legit best variation for me. Half the time it feels so good I keep ramping weight up and hit comp bench PRs

Those lunges and glute hams yesterday demolished my posterior chain. My glutes haven’t been this sore in so long. The 355 sets felt surprisingly good though
