RMR and BOD POD Test

Hello coach,

next week will be my last week of the fat loss program, and this saturday i am going to go take a pod bod test and RMR test at an H.I.T. center in Austin, Texas. hopefully these results will give me a better place to start when setting up a nutrition plan for going on I,BODYBUILDER.

My plan is too add as little bodyfat as possible while adding lean mass, seeing as how my hips are wide and shoulders narrow so even the slightest bit of fat is noticible to me :frowning: I am naturally insulin resistant, but insulinomics and fenuplex have been helping a great deal; i plan on using them along with lots of Flameout while doing I,BODYBUILDER. i had a few questions in regards to this upcoming plan:

  1. would going on carb cycling diet for this goal be ok for me (very insulin resistant) if i was going to also be using the fenuplex, fish oil, and insulinomcs?

  2. I am wondering if eating 10% above maintenence on workout days (the 5 workout days in the program), and 20% below maintenence on the other two off days would be a good approach to caloric intake? i am planning on having 2 no carb (off days), 2 low days (other 2 shoulder workouts), 2 medium carb days (full body days), and one high day (on the intense wednesday shoulder workout)

  3. i know you didnt really approve of the typical equations that are plagueing the internet on how to calculate how many calories you burn in a day and what not, but i was wondering if there is atleast a little bit more accurate way of determining how many calories you MIGHT BE burning if you have a very accurate bodyfat and RMR reading?

I know its alot to ask, so any advice would be christmas in april in my case (even if its just one answered question).

thanks for everything and i hope all is doing well.
