Rivalus Supplements?

hey guys, so my team just got a supplement deal with Rivalus…their a new company and I have NO CLUE if they have any good stuff or not…with the deal i got a free bottle of creatine pills (encharge) and want 2 know if u guys think they’re decent quality or not…also if u could take a look at the protein powder (promisil) and see if it sounds decent that would be good…

heres the website

THANKS GUYS

any help would be appreciated…any at all

No idea about quality. However, if you’re getting the stuff at a discount, or free, just take it for a while and see how it works for you.

If it sucks (that is, you see no performance gains when using it as recommended), come back and buy Biotest’s stuff and determine for yourself which is better.

Meh, a buddy of mine used to say “If it’s free, it’s for me.” So in that respect, it’s not that bad a deal you’ve got setup.

However… Looking at the creatine formula, it’s capsules, which right away I’m not fond of. Powdered creatine is generally more convenient. I haven’t found a pill form that required less than a hand-full, so I consider that a negative. The mix itself is creatine, BCAAs, glutamine, caffeine, and a bunch of other “stuff.”

Each capsule has 35mg of caffeine, and they’re suggesting anywhere from 6 - 10 a day, depending on bodyweight. That’s a hefty dose of stimulants if you don’t watch what you’re taking. Also, for some reason they’ve used a bit of chitosan, a fiber, in the capsules. That’s just odd.

As for the protein, it’s a milk-egg-whey blend along with even more “stuff.” And they’ve included guarana and green tea extract, which are both caffeine sources. Only this time they don’t say anywhere how much caffeine is in each scoop of “protein” powder.

It might be an okay choice on a cutting cycle, since the garcinia and cinnamon are supposed to curb appetite, but for an active athlete who needs to eat often, I wouldn’t rely on it much at all.

On the whole, like I said before, if you’re getting it for free, it might be worth it. But I wouldn’t drop a dime of your own money on this stuff.

thanks…yeah i’m usually under the impression that free stuff is best but we’ll see how it goes
