Tested my bench this morning because, ya know, I couldn’t help myself.
85 went up with good speed without a hitch.
95 FAILED! Twice!
Bar didn’t feel heavy, just got stuck in the usual place.
Very happy with the speed of the bar though.
Several hours later hit the gym.

I usually keep one of my dad’s old Case knives handy. I actualy have quite a few, of various brands. Some of them are so old I no idea what brand they are.
Not sure. I tested my squat this morning and once again bar speed was better but depth wasn’t quite there on 145 or the 155. Bar didn’t feel particularly heavy, my form is just off.
So… I’ll probably just keep slogging along till the end of year, then try to make a plan for the new year.
I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown last night… lol
I was afraid it was going to fail so we made some adjustments and it went fine. Thank you Jesus!
I dunno, I am just not dropping down in the hole like I should. Maybe the decent is too slow, maybe hips not opening up, maybe a mental block. Basically my squat just sucks. Once in a blue moon I’ll get everything right and it will click. Maybe 1 out of 50 sessions, the rest are just crap.
LOL. There are about 600 things that can cause that. Video? Especially video of one that doesn’t go right. The fix is usually less of a nightmare than people expect.
